The B&B is a lovely house and the room was extremely clean and well decorated, lovely modern bathroom. The owners are warm and welcoming and provide info on places to eat and drink. Breakfast is fantastic quality with plenty of choice with English or just cereal, not far from the town worth a visit

I stayed with Rupert and Caroline for a few days in Buxton while on painting classes.the room was very clean and had everything in it that I needed.there is a hairdryer and a little bag with shampoo moisturiser etc. there was a good selection of homemade jams and marmalade and they make their own bread which was lovely. it was nice to have the chat with them towards the end of my stay.

I'm sure Rupert & Caroline will not object if I were to score our stay in the format of 4 In a Bed (they are fans of the show)

A/ The communication at the time of booking was speedy and professional, with directions to the door and all the information we needed. We were greeted with a warm genuine smile by Rupert. So that's a 9/10.
Q/ How clean was 9 Green Lane?
A/ That's a 10.
Q/ What were the facilities at 9 Green Lane?
A/ We had everything we could have expected from a good B&B 9/10.
Q/ How did you sleep at 9 Green Lane?
A/ Like a log 10.
Q/ What was breakfast like at 9 Green lane?
A/ Best I have ever had at a B&B. Excellent full cooked then lashings of fresh home baked bread spread thick with homemade jams.
Over breakfast which took me nearly an hour to finish we had a lovely chat with the owners, two lovely people. So thanks for our short stay and when we are next visiting Buxton we will be in touch.

We had a en suite double room, it was faultless with lovely little finishing touches that you dont get at some more expensive hotels. Caroline was very welcoming and had lots of good advice on interesting places in the area. The hosts made breakfast to order which was delicious and there was a vast array of cereals, homemade jams and fresh fruit salad. Great value for money.

Stayed here last night (30/03/14) A very good, sensibly sized single room, well decorated and very clean. I like the instant hot water machine for drinks instead of a kettle! The (vegetarian) breakfast was truly wonderful including toast made from home-made bread served with home-made jams and marmalades. Add to this polite, pleasant and friendly service and it's pretty much impossible to find anything wrong.
