I'd seen a leaflet for this park and decided to take my two children to kill a few hours. The only downside was that I thought the park kiosk would sell sandwiches/burgers etc but it just had sweets, ice-cream and drinks but that was my fault for misreading the leaflet.
The children's play area is one of the best I've seen (and I've lived in a lot of places with parks!) plus it has the bonus of mini-golf (good value) and pitch and put plus tennis courts and more. We didn't stay long because I'd not taken lunch but had a cheap round of mini-golf and a drink. For parents with younger children, this would be a god send and I'd have happily spent a few hours here.
