I love visiting Worthing pier, living close by it is just a small walk away. The arcade is small, and traditional but in my eyes not outdated. The cafe situated on the pier has a few iffy servers, but as a whole it is a really nice place to dine, drink and generally chill out. The view is naturally beautiful, and despite living in Brighton previously I actually prefer Worthing and it's pier, it doesn't get as heavily populated & you can take the time to absorb your surroundings.

Love the Pier Art Gallery
Love the unspoilt nature of the buildings on the pier
Glad the lower platform has now reopened.
Thanks for keeping it in good shape
Love it
If you stand at the very end and cup your ears forward - you can only hear the vastness of ocean (& no cars :-) )

I took my daughter to the arcade on Worthing pier and my daughter was like a child possessed!

With friendly staff on hand to rescue toys that got stuck, regularly restock the prizes etc etc etc we had no issues (except for nearly knocking over a bucket of live crabs!?!?) we left with my daughter claiming it was 'the best afternoon ever'

This is definitely a simple, slightly retro, effective way of spending a rainy afternoon. Especially on summer holidays. Especially when you're at a loss of entertainment, hahahahaha

Could do with a bit more activity like a little fun fair, shops and more eating places do brighten up the atmosphere but always enjoy lovely walks along the pier ; )
