We popped in while passing by as it looked very bright and cheerful and very inviting. We were not disappointed. There are some amazing pieces of glass sculpture and the prices vary for everyone's pockets. there are lots of small cheaper individual articles and some larger unique pieces of sculptured glass. The owner was very friendly and genuinely interested in her customers. It is worth a visit just to be surprised by the glass works.

One of those galleries where you inspiration from not only the exhibits but from the owner who is very talented and a real mover and shaker within the creative community. She is glass worker and many of her works can be seen on the pier. She also makes wonderful Christmas decorations.

Just finished the One day glass fusion course. EXCELLENT day out. Siobhan was really interesting and made the day fun. Wasn't sure what to expect but was certainly not disappointed. Would definitely recommend if you fancy doing something abit different.

If you are visiting or are in Worthing you MUST go to The Forge Gallery! This place is a little GEM! A beautiful building where you can watch the very talented Siobhan Jones creating beautiful pieces of glass & there are other lovely art/jewellery bits 'n' pieces that you can admire or buy. Always a lovely, warm welcome - makes me want to go back for more!
You can see Siobhan cutting her glass and all of the range of kilns and equipment that she uses. There are big pieces of glass wall art, commissions in the making and smaller items like the funky birds for only £12.50. There is a gallery attached, with various original art works in glass, ceramic, textiles and metals, something for everyone's budget.
There are also fused glass courses held twice a month which I can say are brilliant as I have attended one myself and it includes all materials, lunch (yummy!!) with great entertaining and every so informative tuition by Siobhan! Great fun and you get to make something original too! Siobhan has all of her future course dates on her website - GO to one, its fun!
I LOVE THE FORGE GALLERY it is a wonderful, friendly place :) :)

A gorgeous building housing fantastic fused, blown and leaded glass art work. Most of the glass is made on site in the open plan glass studio through the front gallery by resident glass artist and owner Siobhan Jones. You can see her cutting glass and all the rage kilns and equipment.

The vibrant colour and great warm reception is infectious, leaving you energised and full of goodness after a visit.

There is a chance that you will see the next glass window being made for the Worthing Journals ‘Windows on the Pier’ campaign, Siobhan has made most of them and offers some great stories about each one, it is definitely worth a trip to the pier while you are here to see them all in situ!

All in all a lot to see here in a great environment.

All the dates and information for the fused glass courses can be found on Siobhan’s website :o)
