We went at the end of August and cycled from Worthing it's not called high salvington for nothing the cycle was hard going but worth it. They only charge £1 to go in and included is a tour of the windmill and how it works. The guides are very enthusiastic and the tour was great. It is worth looking at the web site before you go, it's got loads of information. They have a little tea room and shop. It is a shame they do not sell any flour, I understand the windmill is only set up for milling animal feed but it would be great if they sold flower from other mills. A great day out and well worth the trip.
