Slightly ageing rooms, but adequate. I stayed here twice in March 2014. The double room I had was comfortable and warm but had no WiFi...The shower didn't drain well so had to continually turn the water on and off to avoid an overflow. The second room I stayed in, a single, was ok with a nice view of the beach, but extremely noisy plumbing sounds coming from upstairs.
What makes this hotel a place I would return to are the friendly and helpful owners and staff and it's proximity to the centre of Worthing and it is very close to the bus stop for the Coastliner bus to Brighton and Chichester..overall a nice place to stay with only minor drawbacks...
