Have just returned from spending 4 nights in Edwardian Dreams and it was fantastic. Brian and Olive were the perfect hosts and were great craic. The house was fabulous and the room we had was amazing. The breakfast, where do I start, it was first class, full English breakfast, best fry-up I have had in a long time especially the black pudding. I have to thank Brian for the great pots of coffee in the morning, would rate them better than the great italian coffee that I love.
Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone travelling in the area, it is like a home away from home and Brian and Olive go out of their way to accommodate you, they provided us with great restaurants to go to and printed out maps and directions for us. Cannot rate this place high enough just wish there more places like this around.

As a lone traveller, I felt very safe and was warmly welcomed upon my arrival. I cannot fault Edwardian Dreams for hospitality, food, cleanliness and location to the seafront at Worthing. Olive was a real tonic first thing in the morning with her warmth and friendliness.

We agree with almost everything written in the other reviews with the exception that Olive got a bit testy with us when we came down at 8:10AM instead of the 8:00AM we had told Brian the night before. Asked us if we had "chosen to sleep in" and was really rather rude about it. However, the room was beautiful, Brian most accomodating and the breakfast top quality. Off street parking and easy access to major auto routes in and out of Worthing. Lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of store/pubs. Just wish Olive could have been a bit less curt with us in the morning. She did, in her defense, rally back to pleasantness but "first impressions" and all do matter.

Brian & Olive have only themselves to blame if they get indundated with bookings as we'll be telling our friends what an excellent place they have. We spent 10 days at Edwardian Dreams the breakfasts were enormous, the house is kept spotlessly and nothing is too much trouble. The hosts are great and have a wonderful sense of humour. If we'd stayed in a top hotel we wouldn't have enjoyed it as much as Edwardian Dreams. I could not give a higher recommendation.

This was our fifth visit to Edwardian Dreams, Olive and Brian do a wonderful job of looking after you,Edwardian Dreams offers off street parking and unusually for a guest house the three upstairs bedrooms all have baths, both were Important to us when we were deciding were to stay, since our last visit our room number 3 and one other have had new 19" flat screen TV's Installed they have built in Freeview and DVD player, room 3 and one other have double beds the remainder singles, room 3 is the smallest of the three upstairs bedrooms but it as the largest bathroom, it would be nice if Brian would fit a larger bath :) ,in your room you have a large bottle of water,tea-coffee making facility and biscuits, English breakfast is cooked fresh between 7.30am and 8.30am, other choices are available, Including various cereals,Toast,Orange Juice etc,it takes around 7 minutes to walk into town, check out is 10am.
We travel 290 miles each way to attend the Wurlitzer Organ Concerts at the Assembly Hall in Worthing, we were very lucky to choose Edwardian Dreams, we can't fault it, Thank You Olive & Brian
