Through work I've spent many nights in a variety of Worthing hotels over the last 5yrs and only wish I'd found this sooner. Chrissy and Wendy are the perfect hostesses. I've stayed in 2 of the 3 rooms, the Coronet (double) and the twin room (the French room I think). The beds in both are very comfortable - better than home! The ensuite shower rooms are compact, but spotless and well stocked with toiletries. Fresh fruit, chocolates on the pillow and complimentary soft drink in the fridge - and I'm at work! It doesn't get much better than this!
Worthing centre is a pleasant 5min walk away with a wide variety of restaurants and pubs. The dining room looks out to the sea and the breakfast is excellent quality. Parking is available on the road outside (I've always managed to get a spec) and Chrissy will give you a permit if you're there during the day.
Free WiFi (ask for the passcode).
Overall, excellent value for money.

Mum had the front room with sea view, we had the rear Amber Room.
The rooms were warm, cosy & the attention to fine detail was second to none.

Breakfast was home cooked, freshly made with quality produce - excellent.

The ladies who run this B&B were very welcoming & charming.

I would definitely recommend this place & would not hesitate to stay again should we ever return to Worthing - an absolute gem!

Stayed here for 2 nights on business - what a lovely place! Friendly, warm and helpful, felt welcome and looked after. My gluten-free diet was catered for and breakfast was great. Very close to town and literally a stone's throw from the sea. I can recommend it!

I was only lucky enough to stay one night! The owners were friendly and very helpful. We stayed in the French Room which was beautiful and overlooking the sea, every attention to detail was covered, fresh fruit, chocolates, a fridge with bottled water etc. Our room was immaculate. I certainly will be booking again to revisit Bensons! And would highly recommend this Guest House to anyone.

Lovely room with views out across the sea. Super breakfast with piping hot food and plates. The full English was really good with quality food and nice touches like strawberries for breakfast (yes in Oct !). The land ladies were very friendly and informative about the area.
