Description: The Queen's Head was built in the mid 18th century and has been both a coach house and courthouse (complete with its own gallows) before becoming a pub many years ago. Step inside and the character of the building is felt in the cosiness of the snugs, the welcoming bar, the warming open fireplaces and the lovely low ceilings. Our open kitchen shows we are as serious about our food as we are about our ales - the menu features French brasserie dishes with an English pub twist and everything is cooked fresh on the premises. We have a delightful, professional team here to greet you and make sure your visit is relaxing and memorable.

I am totally disgusted. Visited with friends and sat in the bar area. We ordered food from the bar menu and just as it was served we were bombarded with the arrival of six very large, very wet and very smelly dogs!

My husband complained to the manager that it was inappropriate for dogs to be in an eating area to which the manager responded that 'we are a dog friendly pub '

We then moved to the restaurant area to eat our lunch and one of the charming waiters said that he was fed up with all the dogs in the bar. He was totally understanding and helpful unlike the very rude 'Manager'. Needless to say we won't be returning!

Went there on a Monday night for a business dinner. We were a group of 20 people that we had already prebooked an area.
The service was annoyingly slow, took them 1hr to serve starters and the food was nothing special.

I wouldnt recommend it, there are better pubs in the Weybridge area.

Thank xxarhs

Very friendly staff, the new manager Jonny is brilliant and has come from the sister pub in teddington. The Kings head which is also well worth a try.

Food is always brilliant and there is a good choice of specials as well as on the a la carte.

The steaks are very good and I would highly recommend.

We were booked into a motorway hotel that did not having dining facilities, so we drove into Weybridge (not having been to this area before) and had to choose from a variety of restaurants and pubs, but we chose this one and I am glad we did.

The staff were courteous, explained that the restaurant was fully booked from 7.30 pm. onwards this Saturday evening, but they could accommodate us if my partner and I ate now (this was about 6 pm) which was fine by us and we would still qualify for the lower priced lunchtime menu which we duly chose from. What we ordered tasted excellent as did the wine and we could see into the kitchen (very clean) where our meals were being prepared.

A cautionary note, on looking at the main menu, all the dishes were competitively price, but when you added on the side orders (which we normally expected to be included), you found the price of each complete meal mounting up, so maybe a £££ symbol to be attached to our report.

Five of us had dinner here last night based on a recommendation from a friend. Staff try their best but the quality of the food was pretty awful and is over priced especially the steaks. two steaks were ordered by our table, neither were cooked to what was ordered. Sides are all extra and again expensive. We certainly would not recommend it and will not be going back.
