this is no doubt the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, paid in advance and long way from home, checked in late leaves no choice, mould all up the walls, old food lying in the room, floor was so dirty i used the bed sheets to cover it, this hotel was where our company used to stay on a regular basis, they have all dropped off this hotel now, they call thenselves budget, this should also read we dont clean, budget can also be clean, what a shame, if they are not closed down by health and safety soon i will be surprised, please take protective clothing if you stay here !!!

I booked and paid £1200 for my mums wake. We recieved food that was stale and mediocre, we booked the gold package thinking we would book the best. If this was the best god help anyone who orders the bronze!!! There was no beer on tap and everyone had to pay for very very overpriced cans. The staff were not very friendly and seemed to laugh off any complaints we had. This was my mums wake. Our last chance to say goodbye was destroyed by this sham. Stay away. :-((

Ok so its a budget hotel but really - the first room i was shown for me and my 12 year old daughter was on the first floor, i walked in and straight back out , wouldn't even put animals in there, damp smelly and dirty enough said. then was shown another with again this was damp and smelly and a radiator with a leg missing resting on the floor ( safety hazard) , the overwhelming smell of damp made it imposable to stay, went back to reception and asked for a refund and wold go elsewhere, the member of staff then said he would show me another room on the second floor, this was ok didnt smell as bad and at 10.33 pm after a 9 hours journey just needed too sleep, as we was here for two days on a business i decided at stay. breakfast was ok not the best but on this hotel standards was ok, was out all day on our return the room had not been serviced, the towels had been changed but bed unmade and the hospitality tray haha what a joke 1 tea bag 1 cup and two sugars ????? no milk or coffee and i guess we would have to share the cup if we wanted a black tea. the shower was also dirty and bulb missing from several lights ....... i lived in warrington for 40 years and always thought of this as a decent hotel .... how things have changed in the last 5 years ... AVOID CHEAP IS NOT CHEERFUL !
