Visited here after living in Warrington for 27 years and never really paying any attention to it! Nice gardens, worth a visit if in the area or going to the more popular Walton Gardens down the road.

Lovely well kept secret gardens with ponds.
Its is a very tranquil location.
So nice to visit and not too far to walk round.
Just perfect for a leisurely stroll round.

Open 1-4 every day until winter. Worth a visit...a hidden gem. No cafe at the moment, whilst greenhouses are being restored

The walled garden is the focus of a very pleasant walk between Grappenall Heys and Grappenhall village. The garden is looking good with all the growing going on within the walls. The glasshouse is in the process of reconstruction but the work does not detract from the garden itself. Outside the walled garden are some attractive ponds and landscaping and beyond an area for walking. The path from Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden that goes down to the village is paved the whole way and is a pleasant walk with two village pubs, the Rams Head and Parr Arms, at the end.
