Ideally placed next to River Mersey with an adjoining pub/restaurant. Only two minute walk into Warrington town centre for shopping and/or nightlife.
Rooms are clean and beds amazing. Receptionist is extremely helpful

My family and I have just returned from a 3 night stay over Easter weekend. We had a family room towards the rear of the hotel. This did back onto a rail yard, this however not cause too much disruption at all. They do start work about 7 ish on a morning, and we heard some noises about 1030 as they finished for the night, but not enough to cause us any concern.
The room was immaculate and a good size for our family needs.
All staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful, always had a smile :).
We had breakfast and dinner each day at the Waterside next door and again it was faultless and very tasty, and good value.
All in all fantastic service and great value for money, I would return if we happen to visiting the area again.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were large and very clean. Just about a 5/10 min walk to train station. Great pub almost next door with good food and lovely staff made you feel very welcome. Looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed on sat 29/04. Receptionist mentioned on our arrival of the possibility of a bit of noise due to a wedding reception party next door in the marquee attached to the pub. (Wish we'd known this prior as we wouldn't have booked this particular hotel if we'd known)
Had booked 2 rooms and was looking to get a quiet nights sleep ready for a long day on the Sunday.
The rooms were upto the usual standards of Premier Inn although beginning to look a little tired around the edges. The windows in the room didn't really block out any of the noise from the disco, whether open or closed!
The pub at restaurant next door which we had booked a table for a few days before were excellent and very good value for money. The waiting staff were all very nice.
The following morning we got a refund for one of the rooms due to noise from guests returning from the disco not adhering to the noise policy.
Shame about the noise.

This is an older building with the great Premier Inn trappings stuck on it, with the result it feels a bit dingy and depressing. I had a big room with a very comfy bed, bathroom clean (although big, black chip in white bath enamel - filling it is so easy and would make a better impression). The room was cold and the headboard was disgusting, covered in grease and gunk from previous occupants. I arrived late in the evening, had started unpacking and there was no phone in the room, so didn't have the energy to ask to change rooms.

Only stayed 1 night and was welcomed by a very nice and polite young lady who explained everything to me. Unfortunately outside my room (17) was a railway siding, hence being woken at 3am by trains banging and clanging. The room was very clean and pleasant, although the shower head was in a fixed position and had no spray control, otherwise no problem with room facilities.
