We have stayed in many Premier Inns, but this one was good. The staff were very friendly, efficient and attentive. We had a potential health problem at breakfast time and a receptionist provided very helpful information. Our dinner was nicely cooked and presented with reasonable prices. If we are in that area in the future we shall certainly stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel as a cheaper alternative to the hotel in which we were attending a family wedding. We were not disappointed! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and modern. Bed was very spacious and comfortable. They even offer a money back guarantee if you don't have a good nights sleep! This was not needed! When leaving, we were asked if we enjoyed our stay and wished a safe journey home. Only fault I have with the place is that £8.25 pp for breakfast seems very steep. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We almost always have a positive experience at a Premier Inn so chose this one when we needed somewhere to stop en route for home up the M6. It is very conveniently placed, minutes odd Junction 21 and is really easy to find. There is plenty of well lit parking space, even for big vehicles. Reception staff were very friendly, warm and welcoming to extremely fatigued travellers, even offering an alternative room which was quieter and away from any possible disturbance, e.g the lift or doors. Restaurant staff were equally welcoming and friendly but at the same time unobtrusive. Dinner menu was perfectly adequate and food was produced promptly, beautifully presented and cooked and very tasty.

Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable if a little warm for our personal taste. There is however a digital temperature control which is very easy to use. Only slight criticism of room might be that the lighting is not wonderful for reading. Bed was very comfortable for my taste, being a nice firm mattress. Covers are very light but cosy and there was a choice of pillows. We enjoyed a very peaceful night's sleep followed by a leisurely and plentiful breakfast.

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Booked this hotel on the same day for one night. Arrived at 2.30pm and my room was ready although I reserved the room at 11.00am. The check-in was extremely fast, the fastest I had ever experienced. I have been to loads of hotels around the world with different star ratings and occupancy levels but this was the fastest. The reception desk/front desk are the main reason for a 5 star rating today as they were genuinely customer service obsessed.

The room is good value for money, clean, very good sized bed you wouldn't ask for more for the price you paid.

A few minor things that could be improved, the shower head is not adjustable you can't move it up or down so that wasn't very convenient. The other thing is that the TV volume is set to a max level which is sometimes not loud enough to properly hear some of the programs. Its good to have a max volume for the sake of other guests but you still need to be able to properly hear the channels.

Apart from that nothing really major, and again the customer service is what makes a difference at this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent position, it has a large carpark. Very efficient staff. Only problem is we arrived at around 1pm and they didn't serve any food at all. Not until 5pm. I have stayed here before and I am sure they offered a lunch menu last time, although last time we had already eaten. It was a little disappointing, as we didn't have the time to go out and look for somewhere. We ended up with snacks out of the machine, which were basically crisps. Even if they couldn't offer a large menu, I think sandwiches would have been good.

Location was brilliant for breaking up a long journey! Check in was efficient and friendly. Room was large and clean with a comfy bed. Service and meal in pub was excellent, as was breakfast. Staff really friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Have stopped in plenty of Premier Inns but this has to be the best one yet.
