Stayed here with our 16 month old daughter mid December
Was a bit weary at first due to no signs or anything; actually drove out as we thought we were in the wrong place

But when we got inside it took our breath away; a truly beautiful place kept in period condition
We were offered a cup of tea in the drawing room and we're delighted when greeted with a pot of tea with cakes and biscuits, mmmm lovely

The rooms are spacious and luxurious; even had a decanter of port (or sherry?)

Breakfast was beautifully presented, which started with a plate of succulent fruit, I then opted for the full English, which I strongly recommend

We will definitely be coming back; many thanks

This is a gorgeous B&B. Lovely beds (and I am fussy) and our bath was huge. Felt like a home from home. Food was fantastic, I would recommend asking Victoria to cook your dinner! And as other reviewers have noted, breakfast is an art form. My favourite meal of the day is breakfast and this one was just lovely.

I am amazed at the good value of this accommodation so would recommend booking before someone notices it's too cheap and puts the price up! Highly recommended.

We found Burnville Farm when hunting for B&B anywhere within West Devon/East Cornwall, and it was the best find we could have had! Gorgeous house with stunning views from our room, huge comfortable bed - everything you could possibly want and some more besides. Yummy homemade biscuits, sherry in the corner of the room; and of course gorgeous breakfasts from the excellent hosts who were also on hand with a good local pub reccomendation when needed.
We are definitely planning a return to this B&B, even if it isn't the closest to where we were next planning to spend time - the stunning rooms and beds for a good night's sleep and then a great breakfast to set you up for the day will more than make up for some extra driving during the days!
Definitely reccomend this B&B - I know that anybody and everybody would be made to feel welcome, even if they were planning a totally different kind of break to ours.

Burnville Farm

A truly delightful luxury B & B. Victoria and Tim will make your stay a memorable one, being discreet yet available if needed. The breakfasts are a feast to the eye as well as a delight to the palate, especially the fruit platter. Special diets are handled with no fuss which is a real bonus. The rooms are spacious, very clean and with lovely fluffy bath towels. The surrounding woods and farmland are peaceful and make lovely walks. We can't wait to go back very soon.

Wow. What a gem we found! If you want an amazingly quiet relaxed night away with faultless service and superb quality furnishings.... then this is the place. Linen sheets, feather duvets, sherry in the room, homemade biscuits. The breakfast was 5* in our opinion with homemade granola, jams, bread, freshly squeezed juice, stunning array of fruits plus great range of fancy cooked breakfasts too (smoked salmon/eggs benedict etc). Beautiful views over the countryside.

Truly a wonderful place with fantastic hospitality.
Can't wait to go back in the summer and test the outdoor pool and tennis court.

Room Tip: there are just 3 rooms in the main house, all are lovely but we stayed in the Waverly room which had...

Without a doubt the most friendly and welcoming B&B we have ever been to.

The breakfast was exquisite, our room was absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous bathroom.

The views were amazing.

Tim & Victoria were very helpful, providing us with the all the information we needed on the local area.

We loved all the little touches like tea on arrival, very good quality toiletries and sherry and fresh milk in the rooms.

We felt like we were staying in a stately home, bags of charm and oodles of character
