The Views from the Decking are to die for and the inside of the Lodge is equal to the View. I have no hesitation in recommending this Lodge to anyone.

“Didn't want to leave.”
Reviewed 7 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Lodge very warm and cosy, loved the finishing touches - pictures, candles, door stops etc. Well stocked with everything you need. Great view toward rolling hills, you can see the weather front changing rapidly. Very peaceful and relaxing. My partner would have liked Broadband for those rainy days. Great home cooked lunch to be had at Lifton Farm Shop & Restaurant approx 7 miles, Tavistock just 3 miles. Recommend a visit to Roadford Reservoir, lovely walks and a nice cafe. Would very much like stay at the lodge again.

“Fantastic family holiday”
Reviewed 18 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Clean, spacious holiday home in a great location. Close to Tavistock but far enough out to get some peace and quiet. Lovely homely touches like teddys on kids beds and cream tea waiting made it so welcoming. Definitely recommend.

“Peaceful luxury lodge with everything you need at hand.”
Reviewed 7 August 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Lovely spacious lodge with all the added feeling of home from home. All the added touches made it extra enjoyable.
Visited with my husband and 3 girls, we felt relaxed as soon as we entered the place and could unwind in the peaceful settings and lovely outside seating on the balcony.
We will defiantly be back in the future as felt so comfortable and at ease.
We spent many a day traveling to nearby beaches and water areas that this location was perfect for us as a family.

“The Perfect Holiday”
Reviewed 7 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

If you want to escape the rat race and enjoy good food in a luxurious chalet then this is the holiday for you. The chalet is beautiful with wonderful views looking out towards Plymouth and the stars are so bright. The owners are lovely and your every need has been catered for to make your stay relaxing. We were very impressed with the eateries in Tavistock and surrounding public houses, the food and service were great and very dog friendly. There are loads of lovely places to visit and to end the day sitting on the veranda drinking a glass of champagne, enjoying the view was heaven. Thank you to the owners for making our stay in your beautiful chalet, a lovely relaxing holiday and will defiantly book again.

“The perfect relaxing retreat”
Reviewed 20 April 2014 for a stay in March 2014

Spotless, beautifully appointed, comfortably furnished throughout.
We stayed with our two dogs, enjoyed fantastic walks, even on a foggy day, and returned to this welcoming, superbly presented lodge.
Equipped to cater for every need, including DVD's and board games to champagne glasses - candles to lanterns, there truly is nothing to want for.
Surrounded by stunning walks and super shops, this lodge really is a wonderful place to relax and recharge, even the artwork is amazing.
We just didn't want to leave, cannot wait to return, and don't even care about the weather!

“It's a Tardis!”
Reviewed 3 April 2014 for a stay in March 2014

Fantastic brand new spacious lodge in a very secluded area, with outstanding views across the valley to Dartmoor National Park.
Clean, tidy, well maintained luxury accomodation with spacious living/dining area having extensive picture windows with viesw East and South across the valley. Ouside dining decking area enjoying the same views. Don't laugh...the water is fantastic..it comes from a private well and is so soft.

Every facility, dishwasher, microwave,TV ,DVD player, Tassimo coffee maker.Wi-Fi and a multi-purpose electric oven with gas hob. Responsive central heating and an electric fire.

8 minutes from Tavistock town-centre, supermarkets and petrol station. 10 minutes from a number of lovely country pubs with excellent service, food and ales. 40 or so minutes to either North or South coasts, 5 minutes from the Cornish border. 45 minutes from Exeter....

I must go again soon.....I'm missing it already.
