We stayed at the royal hotel, for a weekend break. As some places near the hotel were already effected by floods. We were concerned about our stay, possibly being cold and wet. Instead the hotel was nice and warm, the bar/restaurant was snug , this was enhansed by the real fire burning all day, and evening. We managed to have a walk around nearby for the day, then it was nice to come back to the warm welcome of the hotel. Meals were good, so we had a relaxing break, thanks for that.
One member of your staff went that bit further , being helpful and friendly, thanks bryan, think he is from SA, he did a great job. All staff were pleasant.More
