“Lovely place, great people”
Reviewed 13 June 2014

I'm a self employed chap in town and I regularly conduct meetings in decent establishments, cafe eazz however is my favourite and the people who run it are friendly and polite. The food is great and so are the drinks.
Some local cafés are a little loud with loud coffee machines etc and having a conversation is a challenge but here it's fine, really welcoming place and good place for meeting mates.

“Surprise, Surprise.”
Reviewed 8 April 2014

It had started to rain and we were ready for a break and a snack when we wandered into the arcade and saw Café Eazz. It did not appear particularly inviting, but merely adequate as we looked in, but we were in for a very pleasant surprise.

Firstly it clearly has a regular and loyal clientele from the people we met during our visit. The waitress was first rate, efficient and friendly.

Most of all the BLT sandwiches that we ordered were 'scrumptious' and the price very reasonable - quite a bargain. The coffee was also good.

If we ever stop in Ross again we will certainly look up the Café Eazz.

“Great cafe!”
Reviewed 1 November 2013 via mobile

Lovely cafe for a family lunch and, although a bit out if the way, it has one of the best outside areas to sit for a cafe.
Toilet is very clean with baby changing facilities too.
Coffee and food is good with a good selection on the menu and a kids menu too.
Worth a visit!

“Phone up and check!”
Reviewed 29 July 2013

We wanted to stop in Ross for breakfast to break up a journey on the motorbike - we found Cafe Easzz on TripAdvisor. I'm still not sure how to pronounce it: 'easy'? 'ease'?
We phoned them to check what time they open on Sunday - 'from 6am'. Wow, great!

But turns out they don't usually open on Sundays because they get so little trade in Ross on Sundays. (Even Costa on the main street.) So they were opening especially for some fishermen who'd booked in for breakfast. And they were happy to open for us too.
We felt a bit awful that they'd stayed open just for a couple of hungry bikers, but hey people of Ross! Go out for your Sunday coffee and brek!

Tip: there is free parking for motorbikes in the car park off Henry Street (behind Sainsburys and The Maltings shopping centre).

In terms of food, Cafe Easzz made us a standard scrambled eggs on toast (a modest portion, just one one slice of bread, white rather than the wholemeal we requested) - I had it with smoked salmon, just a few slivers on the top, and my companion had sausages which were well cooked but the cheap type. (I judge a cafe on its sausages. They should be the best available locally.) A bit disappointing. But the coffee was lovely.

The cafe is a bit hidden but the owner has some interesting plans - so fingers crossed they succeed.
