This is a great find for a takeaway in Newport Pagnell. The food is really good and generous portions. If dining in I would take a warm jumper if cold, as the heating can tend to be on the 'low' setting.

We spent my birthday at Pin-Petch and had one of the best meals. The food was simply gorgeous. Every mouthful was a pleasure and the service was friendly and efficient.
Try the dim sum, sukiyaki and the three taste fish...
... Yum!
And excellent value for money with a two-course meal for two, with a bottle of house wine for under £50.

Visited this restaurant on a whim mid-week a couple of years ago (in 2010) and really wanted to like it! The food itself wasn't bad at all but towards finishing my sticky rice, I discovered a black hair. I didn't bother complaining but left the hair, along with the rest of my meal (I had been put off) - this was either not noticed or ignored by the waitress.

For that reason, we have not and will not be returning. There are better Thai restaurants in Milton Keynes.

We arrived to an empty restaurant at 6.30 on a Saturday night, but when we left it was virtually full. We choose our table and, once we'd asked for a light to be put on to enable us to see the menu, made our choices. There is a page of 'specials' and a full range of usual Thai offerings. We asked for prawn crackers for 4 and were given a tiny plate that allowed each of us to have maybe 3 crackers. We could have ordered more, but compared to others it was a poor portion for the price (£1.50). One of our selected starters ( prawn in blankets )wasn't available so an alternative was selected. The Starters then arrived after about 15 minutes, and were good sized portions, and tasty. Interestingly the 2 chefs delivered the food to the tables as well as takeaways to the front throughout the time we were there, of course they had no idea which table or who oredered what so were directed by hand signals across the restaurant from the host. I got the impression that front of house ( a young man in a t shirt and jeans) had been coopted in to help out when they got busy, as he wasnt the most effective host/ order taker / waiter. Main courses took another 20 minutes and were nice enough although my chilli chicken was lukewarm and not very chilli, it was enjoyable. In summary, £80 which wasn't too bad for 4 with drinks, the food was enjoyable enough, although not a patch on the Pin Petch in St Albans, and service was reasonable.m
