“A Wonderful Find!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 September 2012

I was delighted by this lovely, friendly place - not always easy for an occasional wheelchair user. I stayed in the ground floor, accessible room, which is easy to get around. Beautifully furnished throughout, the house is gorgeous; the food is great and well-cooked, and Anna and all staff are very attentive. My stay was very relaxing - just what I needed! Amazing value for money - but as everyone's needs are slightly different, don't forget to check facilities beforehand. I asked for a small fridge (for medicine) and chair for the shower - no problem! I'll be back!

Room Tip: If you need the ground floor, disabled - friendly room, please check facilities beforehand.

This hotel offers excellent and friendly service from the owner, Anna. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything is clean and tidy. It offers superb value for money. I thoroughly recommend it. I was able to complete my business trip in comfort and through the use of the internet facilities was able to be fully up to date. I am going to bring my wife for a social visit in the next couple of weeks.

We have just come back from a Cheeky Weekend away. We wanted to go to the Pleasure Beach on the Saturday and the Golf Open on the Sunday. We found this amazing Hotel to stay in - "The Breverton Hotel". We loved it! We would highly recommend staying here. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We had the most amazing weekend. My husband, 2 sons and I would love to go back to the Breverton and stay again.

We fancied a dance at the Tower Ballroom and didn't want to stay in central Blackpool, so found this hotel online. The tributes are true.
Situated on a quiet road sits this character house, which has been sympathetically refurbished. Ample parking. Good size rooms, and very clean, the owner has appointed each room with style. I saw facilities for disabled too. Breakfast was good.
Everyone in this area was very friendly, and the road-sweeper helped with directions and to buy the Metro ticket (bus & tram) from the Newsagent - because it's cheaper!
So, The Breverton made for a pleasant weekend.

My husband and I stayed at the Breverton Hotel two years ago with our two babies and have just returned from another short stay, this time joined by my mum. We were not disappointed. Situated on a peaceful suburban road, the quiet and calming atmosphere of The Breverton, coupled with the friendly, helpful owner makes for a relaxing break from busy family life.

On arrival Anna brought up a tea tray (with cake - very important) even though rooms are equiped with tea and coffee facilities. After a good night sleep (so rare in B&Bs) we enjoyed a delicious 10 o'clock full English Breakfast before strolling round to see the sea and catching the bus into Blackpool.

We love the bright, sizeable family room with it's huge window, comfy double and bunk beds which are perfect for our children now. The garden is a lovely feature enjoyed by the children. The family room overlooks this space so I'll be able to keep an eye on the kids when they are big enough to venture out there by themselves! Mum had the twin next door. The rooms were both lovely and clean with good facilities.

We were unhurried when leaving too, leaving the car behind whilst we had a few more hours on the beach.

As we have yet to discover the local park and play area, we'll be back!

Overall this is a lovely get away which my daughter called "the other home"!

Highly recommended.

We we're working in Lytham St Anne's and did a last minute search online for a place to stay and booked. To be honest we weren't expecting much but what a lovely surprise we got when we were shown into the Breverton Hotel. Set in a suburban street this charming Hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Our rooms were a good size with everything we needed and immaculate bathrooms. The pictures online don't really do the hotel justice.

The owner we very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting away over an ample breakfast in the light and airy dining room. Extra points awarded for having Soya milk and veggie sausages (a rarity in most hotels).

We were even sent on our way with a piece of homemade cake for the journey. We look forward to our next venture to this part of the world for that alone.

Excellent!

I stayed at the Breverton Hotel for the first time in March and will be staying again!

I found Anna to be a very attentive host. The room was lovely and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was generously portioned and very tasty!

Overall I found the Breverton to have a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and would recommend it to anyone!
