A very warm welcome was had when we stayed at The Breverton with the owner Anna welcoming us with a lovely cuppa tea and homemade cakes. Very comfortable rooms, very clean and well presented. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would have no hesitation to highly recommend The Breverton to everyone.

Room Tip: Do not book room 1 unless you have a disability. This room is ideal for people in wheelchairs.

We stayed here early this week. The staff were great. Lots of toys for my young children to play with. They didn't want to leave.
The staff were lovely and very welcoming.
The only down side was the shower. It was tiny. Impossible to wash the kids and very very small for a pregnant lady to fit in. Other than that I would definitely stay here again. I'd just ask for a room with a bath next time. I'm sure they would have swapped rooms but my children had already messed the room by dropping crisps everywhere etc.

We could not have been happier when we arrived with a nice friendly welcome. The rooms are very modern and the cleanest we have ever stayed in, absolutely immaculate. The location of the hotel is probably the best, with the beach 2 minuets walk away and the bars and restaurants on the door step. Rooms include breakfast which we have to say was excellent, so much choice and brilliant service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anybody and we are staying there again in a few weeks time with all the family! We will also use this hotel many times in the future! Thanks for a lovely stay see you soon!

Spent Friday, Saturday night staying, very homely and peaceful! Nothing seemed too much for our lovely host . Very welcoming and clean, lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We felt very relaxed and refreshed surprisingly after a very long drive from Pembrokeshire! Very Cozy, Great Service.

Room Tip: If the weathers great, attic rooms got a lovely big window to experience the sea air and look at the...

Spent an impromptu night at The Breverton this past Satruday and I have to say it is one of the best B&B's I have ever stayed in!
Although fairly unassuming from the outside the interior of the Breverton is lovely and very tastefully decorated. It makes a change from the usual chintz, pink pillows and bedlinen that is usually assocaited with a seaside B&B. We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor and with all the hot weather we have had it was a massive bonus to have a skylight that we could open to cool the room. The design of the room was very tasteful and impeccabley clean and tidy. I felt the £60 we payed for the stay was vastly underpriced!
Some B&B's we have stayed in St.Annes make breakfast in the morning a bit of a debacle but I could not fault the service from the owner (who I am assuming was in the kitchen preparing the breakfasts) and the young girl who was waiting. No wait for Tea & Coffee, toast came more or less straight away and the full English Breakfast was well cooked and tasty.
We visit St.Annes a lot and in the past it has always been hit and miss on where to stay but after staying at The Breverton we now have quality place to stay that is fantastic value for money. We will definitely be back!
This is only the second time I have put a review on tripadvisor as something really has to impress me for me to do so.I know how small businesses like the Breverton rely on the feedback put on this site and when the owner asked me if I would put a review on I didn't hesitate!

Oh yeah and how many B&B's have a fridge in every room! Brillaint idea, especailly on a hot day!

Saturday night stay at the Breverton ,perfect location for visiting the excellent restaurants of St Anne's.Room on the top floor was super having separate area with fridge/freezer,toaster and microwave.Even though it was a day in the mid eighties a lovely cool room due to the three velux windows.Anna gave us tea and home made cakes and scones served in the garden on arrival.we visit St Anne's for weekend stays on a regular basis and this will be our first choice in future, well done Anna and family.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 12 which is a superior room on the top floor
