“Shrimpers cottage is perfect”
Reviewed 23 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This is our second visit to this cottage in Lytham because we enjoyed it so much first time. Everything is top quality, the decor, furnishings and fittings and it is extremely comfortable.
It is close to all the amenities that Lytham has but is in a very peaceful location.

“Great cottage, great location, great holiday!”
Reviewed 20 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

We found Shrimpers Cottage very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was in a perfect location for walking to all the local facilities. We had never been to Lytham before and were very impressed. It has great cafes, restaurants, shops, parks and lots of places to walk to, all from the cottage. We didn't use our car once all week, as we either walked or used the bus service which was very good.
We would highly recommend the cottage and hope to return in the future. We had a great week there.

“Cosy, bespoke, clean and perfect base for relaxing getaway!”
Reviewed 6 April 2015 for a stay in March 2015

This was our second visit to Shrimpers Cottage in the past six months. It is furnished to a high standard and is very clean. The bottle of wine and vase of roses is a lovely touch to make guests feel very welcome. It is ideal for walking to Lytham Promenade and into Lytham town where there are some great shops and restaurants/bars. We are hoping to return again in the autumn.

Could not fault our lovely home from home in Shrimpers cottage Lytham. Cottage charming, beautifully and tastefully furnished. Only minutes from superb speciality shops and an abundance of excellent restaurants and pubs. Richard was very wecoming and helpful. A great stay, would like it to be our second home in Lytham.

“Home from home”
Reviewed 8 November 2014 for a stay in November 2014

Me and my husband and our 2 yr old stayed in this cottage in november. We were met by richard the owner with a very warm welcome. He showed us all the amenities that we needed ie dish washer, washing machine, heating ect. The cottage itself has everything you would need. The spacious living room and open kitchen allowed plenty of space for my 2yr old to run around in. There is a lovely big bathroom and two good size double bedrooms big enough for us to put up a travel cot (which richard provided us with. You will need to take cot bedding all other linen and lots of towels were provided) and still have plenty of space in the bedroom to walk around in.. There is plenty of cupboard space to hang all your clothes. As we was here in november is was getting cold and the heating was superb. The cottage was lovely and warm when you needed it. There is a little table outside to sit.although we didnt use it as it was too cold im sure it would be great in the summer. The cottage is down a walk way and you need to park your car on the road. There is not alot of car space on this road as there are yellow lines and we did get blocked in one day so my advice would be to park further down the road just passed the houses. Its only a 5 second walk to ur car but saves you trying to find out whos blocked you in.the cottage is situated close to all the local shops just a couple of minutes walk and your on the main shopping street. A little further and your at the sea front. This cottage is in a prime location in lytham and only a short drive away to places such as st annes and blackpool. I would recommend the lytham chip shop which is at the end of the road. We could not fault this cottage and I would say its like a home from home.
