Really enjoyed it here! Would have preferred not to be at the far end but was lovely and peaceful. Beds comfy and loved waking up to the seagulls. Staff really nice and breakfast was AMAZING!! Thanks for making out stay really nice! And I would recommend the sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool!!! ∆

Have just returned from a one night stay and stayed in room 57 Good enough for the deal we paid but although my husband and two grandchildren slept through I did not What is that constant noise outside is it to do with ventilation etc ? I am totally exhausted and trying hard to keep awake so that I get a good sleep tonight.
We thought the hotel was good, breakfast fair and the pool was a big hit with the kids Would have said yes we'll come back but I feel that if the hotel allocated this same family room they would need to include some mogadon and vodka to knock me out Can anyone tell me what that noise was all about

Room Tip: no hotel noise from customers just the outside ventilation or generator would love to know what caus...

Stayed here a few times before
& is good value with dbb . We
Booked a stay based on an internet
Email Offer we were promised a Boutique room with sea view .with dbb as we have had
Before only to be told it would be £20 per person per night on arrival which would have added £40 extra each night . The room we got had a Sea view if you we're 7ft tall to see through blocked out balcony rail
The room itself was very shabby bathroom, run down t&g ceiling patched up all over with filler in the
Bedroom . After over an hr arguing they gave us a boutique room
At the side of the hotel . Think the puddle in the car park was the nearest we got to a seaview
I have stayed in 4& 5 star hotels in the uk & all over the world they are seriously deluding them selves here with prices being quoted in comparison to what hotels at these rates offer . Stay was already ruined by the false promise of room we never got & dinner at extra price
Which we didn't take them up on
Wake up this is not the savoy

Dear Sir,
First of all may I opolgise that we didnt meet with your expectations on this occasion

I have looked at your room rate and you were on our special lytham proms rate which was b&b
not Dinner b&b i have sent you a copy of the mailshot you received to your email address, you will find that on that particular weekend and as its the childrens school holidays rates are usually higher
although the rate you paid showed a significant saving off our rack rate.
I hope we see you again as i noticed you have visited several times before and give us the opportunity to make amends
best from
Ian

Just returned from a 5 days stay at the Inn on the Prom with David Urquhart travel. What a brilliant stay we had and what a great hotel, our room was great and very modern and the beds were really comfy, although we had to ask for a sheet for both beds as the duvets on the bed were too warm as the temperature when we were in St Annes was really warm especially through the night. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem to any of them. The food was first class and was plentiful, and the choice for dinner every night was great, the sweets on offer were great too.

The only one tiny thing to comment on was the lack of a ramp directly into the ground floor of the hotel, my mother whom I was there with cannot manage to climb stairs and that was a slight draw back, we understood that there was a partial ramp but still had a few stairs, perhaps something that could be looked at, there were several people within our party with disabilities who struggled with the stairs.

Not a lot else I can say to praise this hotel, thanks for a brilliant 5 days and I will be very likely to recommend anyone to visit this hotel and do hope to return some day in the future.

A few years since we stayed at the Inn on the Prom and visiting again for a 2 night short break. The hotel staff that we met were all friendly, helpful and a credit to their employer. However, whilst the reception and lounge / bar area is still in good order, the bedrooms are looking tired and badly need modernising and updating. We booked 2 executive rooms with sea view on DBB terms and were surprised that the room furniture was not good quality and well worn - looking more than a little shabby. Carpets worn and marked. The owners need to invest and not rely upon the location of the hotel to fill their rooms at what can't be considered as low prices. Room cleaning was only average with clear evidence of thick dust on a number of less obvious surfaces at check-in, which hadn't been removed after 2 days.
The concept of charging £7 a day for wifi access is frankly out of date in 2014 and will only serves to annoy many guests. This should be addressed as soon as possible for both holiday and business users. Please remember that 200 yds away, The local coffee shops offer a free wifi service for the convenience of their customers and when you are paying the prices that are being asked by The Inn on the Prom, free wifi should at least be offered in the main public areas, if not all executive rooms.
The Restaurant is only fair. Ingredients are of very average quality and most of the food is clearly pre-prepared and plated beforehand, which was a little disappointing. As a result food temperatures can vary greatly on the same plate! We had meat that had clearly been standing for some time and was luke warm, whilst the veg was very very hot, suggesting that it was most probably flashed in a microwave to get it back up to temperature. Restaurant Staff were efficient and friendly, but clearly on a mission to get all guests through their dinner as quickly as possible, get set-up for breakfast and get in their way! Not necessarily a problem, but it is quite obvious. Frankly, we're unlikely to visit again unless there is some clear evidence of changes / improvements having been made. Our review is based upon comparing this hotel with many others both in the UK and overseas. Sorry guys, but hope that the criticism will be viewed as constructive.

We had a lovely 4 night dancing holiday with Richard Keeling at this hotel.
The staff here where very pleasant helpful and always had a smile on, a real credit to the hotel.
The Breakfast was help yourself and there was just about everything and plenty of it.
Evening meal menu was limited with extras you could pay for but the meals they served where excellent. I call it pretty food but there was also plenty on the plate.

I think the price of drinks was excessive and the happy hour 6 til 7 each evening was a joke, not many people want doubles on spirits at 6 in the evening.
We also booked an upgraded room (Boutique room) which although decorated nice and very clean was crammed with 2 double beds leaving no where to sit in front of the TV.We found ourselves huddled by the window and would suggest its nor worth upgrading. The maid service was excellent and plenty of tea coffee and milks left for you each day.

In the spa the changing facilities are a flight of stairs away from the pool and access is not good. Also don't go down for a relaxing swim at around 4 til 6 as the local swim instructor will be putting the kids through their paces.

My wife had 2 Spa treatments and thought Linda was very good and the prices very reasonable.

I went on a linedancing weekend with friends and had a lovely time. We found the hotel staff very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable with plenty of tea bags, coffee and milk. The breakfast was self service with plenty of choice. Evening meals were served at the table the choice was not large but the quality was excellent and you could order steaks if you paid extra. Would reccomenc this hotel
