We stayed as a family of 4 for 2 nights as we visited Paulton park and the South coast. The hotel grounds are exceptional with a pleasant walk and park for the kids. The rooms were sufficient and the breakfast was first class. The only real grumble was the dinner service in the evening - very slow and disorganised. Lovely break all round

Dear guest,

Thank you for your review. I was really sorry to read that some aspect of your Spa day was unsatisfactory. Regarding the temperature of the rooms although we have heaters available we did not feel that additional heating would be necessary this time of year, however I will ask our Spa Manager to monitor and ensure of our guest comfort.
Please accept my apologies for the poor food you were served, I have spoken to our Head Chef regarding this and he will retrain and monitor this particular product.
Hopefully we will welcome you back in the near future and will be able to demonstrate the standard of food we are renown for.

Yours sincerely,

We had a really fantastic time. The hotel room was very comfortable and had a really useful fridge in it too.The leisure centre was great! we really enjoyed using the Swimming pool, squash courts and pool table and my mum loved the gym and the spa facilities too. The outdoor pool was nice but a little cold when we used it. We had some lovely breakfasts in the Scottish Steak Club and the hotel staff were always helpful. Thank You

Room Tip: Couples in the main hotel but families anywhere else. Also any looking out onto the pitch and putt...

We booked this hotel following a lovely stay last year!! Having paid only £85 for an overnight stay, treatment, 3 course dinner and breakfast, it was a real bargain!
The grounds are beautiful and had the weather been better, the use of the outdoor pool would have topped off our stay!
The 3 course dinner was superb and so were the kir royales!
The treatments were ok but not special or the full 30 minutes!!
We will be back next year!! Look on spadirect.com for good deals at this place!!

We had our Wedding at Elmer's court on the 15th, August. Wonderful day, the hotel is perfect for Weddings, we could set up as required, Wedding staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Lovely that you are away from the reception are too for privacy.
Cannot fault the staff, they are all exceptional. Lovely rooms, great breakfast, staff are very accommodating.

With our 6 year old grandson we took advantage of the special two night break offer in August and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and location of the hotel. We had an Executive Family Room which was spacious and very clean, a large double bed and a bed settee made up for our grandson. The sink unit and refrigerator was very useful. The weather was very warm and we enjoyed using both the outdoor and indoor pools. The grounds to the hotel are vast with lovely trees and well tended gardens - there is plenty of room for a game of football etc. The restaurant was very good, with a good selection at breakfast time and also for dinner in the evening. The cream teas served to us on arrival were very welcome. The location of the hotel, next to the Isle of Wight Ferry terminal makes it easy to walk to and we had a wonderful day travelling on the ferry to Yarmouth and taking the open top bus to the Needles Pleasure Park.
We also enjoyed visiting the Motor Museum at Beaulieu, there was a good selection of things to look at and do. An excellent trip!

Room Tip: We can recommend the Executive Family Room in the courtyard opposite the Restaurant and Leisure Cent...

Booked in for a girls night in package, we were not able to access our room until 3pm so had to leave our bags at reception whilst going off to explore The rooms were large clean and adjoining with balcony, fridge, sink kettle and tea making facilities. We ate a 3 course dinner which was well served and well cooked, the dining room was lacking any atmosphere, although beautiful, a little background music could be an idea- the following day we were booked in for 2 treatments each, but, got a phone call to our room in the morning to say one of the therapists was off so we had a couple of hours of re arranging ending up with 3 of us having 1 treatment each and the fourth person going without - we were offered a cream tea in an apology which was nice. Sharlene, one of the therapists was very professional and gave a very good treatment and informed me of her intentions and instructed me clearly, showed me the relaxation room where you can lay quietly and get a drink, my friends were not so impressed by their treatments and were not even made aware of the facilities on offer..The breakfast offered was full English plus continental buffet, fruit, cereals, yoghurt - service was not great.- all in all I would use this hotel again for a short stay now that I know my way around.

Room Tip: Adjoining family rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay with plenty of space

Dear guest,

Thank you for your constructive feedback left on the trip advisor website. I was really pleased to read that overall you had a great Spa break.
I was concerned to find out that some of your group were not as satisfied with their treatment as you were, I have shared these with our Spa Manager who will brief her team. I have also shared your feedback with our Food & Beverage Manager regarding breakfast service and he has since retrained his team.
I was pleased to read that you would be happy to come back at the Resort and I look forward to welcoming you back very soon.

A long overdue review:
A big thank you again to all of the team at Elmers Court for helping to make our wedding day last August so amazing. We could not have wished for a better day. We had glorious weather so were able to have our ceremony on the veranda, followed by drinks and canapés on the Queen Mary Lawn. Our wedding breakfast/reception was held in the beautifully appointed Glenville Lounge (perfect for our 20 or so guests).

Our wedding co-ordinator Kirsty Bull was fabulous as was our maître d' Giuseppe. Not forgetting José, Becca, Charlotte, Merka, Colin, Chris, Antony, Chef (Graham) (apologies for any names we might have missed) and the rest of the team.

The setting was wonderful, the food was excellent and all of the staff did their utmost to ensure that we had a very special day. All of our wedding party had a wonderful day.
