A small café on the Quay of Lymington.

Since the open at 0700 I went there for breakfast. I had the most delicious salmon and scrambled eggs toast with a cup of very good coffee.

The staff was very friendly and prices good.

I went there several times again.

This place is appalling, fat sweaty owner outside smoking didn't wash hands then made our sandwich when we got there was sweat/dirt all over sandwiches not very appealing so we took back and got ignored , staff are kids that are clueless about customer service, I hope someone else takes over as completely ridiculous state it was flies on food and one of girls dropped cake on floor then picked up and put back disgusting isn't the word!!!!!

We thought the boathouse originally was very welcoming. We asked if their breakfasts were freshly cooked-yes came the reply. Imagine our surprise therefore when our bacon and sausages were taken, with bare hands, from the chilled cooked glass cabinet in front of us, obviously cooked the day before-they were warmed in the microwave, with pre-cooked tomatoes and served with scrambled egg, of which we had no choice. Sorry boathouse you go down the bottom of the list for best breakfasts in the Solent-and we won't be visiting again.

We stayed a few doors along from the Boathouse and
became regulars for a morning coffee and milkshake! A great
way to start the day and watch the hussle and bussle of the
harbour, very relaxing! The food is great, good value for money
and the milkshakes are to die for!!
