Our second visit in as many nights, we enjoyed another excellent meal overlooking the bay. An ever watchful proprietor greets diners at the door and makes for a very attentive host. His staff are warm and friendly and this is clearly a family business.
The dinning room is a hubbub alive with the chatter of contented diners. Tables of 8 & 12 sit alongside twos and fours and laughter rings out in the air.
A busy, professional and well run kitchen visible through a huge plate glass window is as spotlessly clean as the glass that partitions it from its diners. Watching the chefs work amid the shining stainless steel and hot coals is a joy in of itself.
And if people watching the chefs isn't your bag, the owners son is an engaging and entertaining flirt with tables of young ladies. All in good humour and no harm intended or appears to have been taken.
Succulent chicken, fish, and lamb dishes pour out of the kitchen at speed alongside hot freshly baked, really excellent bread. The selection of food is good - vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diners aren't disappointed.
Excellent Turkish bottled beer is available. As is a range of cocktails, the strength and quality of which varies dependent on who makes them.
Do try the coffee. Good Turkish coffee is a joy and the coffee here is authentic and really good.
