We stayed at the Premier Inn as we were taking our boy to Africa Alive and this was the closest budget hotel with a competitive price. The hotel was nice and clean and easily accessible.
We have had a bit of an issue with an alarm left on next door, but the matter was dealt with by the reception very promptly.

We also did a meal deal with the Premier Inn / pub next door. The food and the service was very good, but be aware of the extras. As we have had a 2 year old with us (which gets tricky at the meal times) we didn't pay much attention to what was included in the price. We were happy to pay some extra for upgrade of the meals, but as it turned out when we got the bill we were charged full price fir the desserts, which we didn't realise wasn't in the meal deal (and the waitress didn't mention it either when we were ordering). For the kids meal and the extras we paid over £20, which isn't too much, but you probably wouldn't expect this much when you have supposable already paid for the meal...
The breakfast was also included and it was great. No surprises there.
We would go back to the same hotel.

Stayed here at the premier inn in Lowesoft becauce we had a day out at the Yarmouth Races , Hotel and staff very nice, but the Beefeater let them down, The Prices very high for the evening meals, But the breakfast was a joke, We had to wait 5 / 10 mins to be seated , even before anyone notices that we was there , there wasnt only my husband and my self, there must of been 10 or more poeple waiting behind us, No one came to let us know what was going on and why we was waiting,
Then on top of this my husband had to wait a futher 20mins for his cooked breakfast, these breakfasts had surposed to be all you can eat, but onone asked if he did need any more,
The morning before we went to the toby inn for breakfast of which was half the price and better service

Room Tip: toby inn not far away for breakfast only £3.99 instead of £8.75

This is a very good hotel, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent for any number of interests for all the family. The nearest beach, Corton is only about a mile away, it is pebbely but still worth a visit. Gorleston and Gt Yarmouth is a short drive away with their excellent sandy beaches. Lowestoft south has a new lovely white sandy beach. The breakfast which was taken next door at the Toby Inn was excellent. Try for an all in package( with breakfast included) we had a choice of either/both breakfasts. Breakfast included cereals, yoghurts, fruit juices, tea/coffee, assorted breads, croissants, fresh and frozen fruits. For full breakfast sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, tomatoes, mushrooms you're served and asked how much of each you wanted. Definite recommend this to anyone. Even though it is next to a Toby and a main road the sound is minimal.

Room Tip: If you want a larger room at the same price go for the family room which gives you a double bed and...

Lovely hotel we arrived a little later than we had wanted to be and we're met by a really pleasant and informative young man on reception. Check in was swift and extremely well executed. We asked for some extra teas and milk as we get through a few this was also no problem. Room was really clean good facilities nice sized bath and good sized bathroom and overall bedroom. Only critique if any was TV was a little small just spoilt at home. Overall we got a great deal £39 for an overnight stop well worth the money and we will definitely be booking again. Staff a real credit to Premier Inn!

Would not normally review a chain hotel such as this, but it did have a few things going for it that others didn't. To start it was free WIFI , unlike all the others in the chain. There was also an electric socket next to the bed, miracle of miracles. The staff were also friendly, but not in an airline crew way, in a way of making feel like they wanted to help, and not just because they were told to be friendly.(again its amazing how many of the chain have a smile on their lips but ot in there eyes, if you know what I mean)

The negative about this one, like a few of the others, is that the restaurant/pub is detached from the hotel, so whatever the weather it is a walk outside for breakfast/eve meal.

Booked as working in the area to stop me having getting up a 5.30 am and driving. What a waste of time that was a at just after 5am i was woke up by doors and floors noise and some people chating loud. workmen on nightshift the reception said. She asked them to be quite that worked then.

Bed not good woke up a few times in the night and in the norning had back pain

Staff were friendly and helpful. The breafast was ok as well. Room was clean with a nice smell.

Why stay here if workmen make noise i see more simular reviews complaining about this.
