“Fantastic value”
Review of The Marina Theatre

The Marina Theatre
Reviewed 16 June 2014 via mobile

I will always sing the praises of this venue. A lot of time effort and money has gone into updating the venue. It offers a wide range of acts. The backstage tours and history talks are interesting. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ticket prices are reasonable for the size of theatre too. I encourage anyone to include this as part of your visit and if you live here then to make the most of it. Simply Top Notch!

The theatre is a well run place. Comfortable seats with a row in the stalls with plenty of leg room. Disabled access and seating.
Adjoining the theatre is a very good cafe, lovely coffee and cakes yum.

Smallish theatre with a great variety of productions. Had only seen Aida live at Earls Court years ago so wasn't sure how it would be in such a different venue. Great production, beautifully sung by a very talented cast. Not sure about the costume Sorin Lupu as Radames was allocated but any comparison with Ernie Wise vanished as soon as he sang.

The Ladyboys of Bankok where fab. Very pretty ladies!!!! And laughed till the cows came home. Theatre facilities need some TLC, but enjoyed the evening, will visit again.
