The villa was more than I expected the picture is exactly how it is, it catered for 5 people and 2 dogs and we weren't in each others way.Richard and Liz are very nice the meet and greet was a nice touch and explaining things we made need to know in person instead of just reading it out of a book.
Waterside park is lovely, tidy, quiet considering there are families and dogs on site.Great base to explore the surrounding areas.

When we were shown into the property by the friendly owners we could not believe how nice the property was, everything was top quality from the cutlery to the beds, my wife remarked that it was as if we were the first persons to use the cottage. The site was also just what we wanted, a nice covered pool and well kept grounds. The location was good, nice and quiet but within a short drive of great beaches and attractions. We all had a great holiday.

Could not fault anything, excellent accommodation class kitchenware comfy bedrooms.
Ideal base to explore the Norfolk area, if we wasn't buying a static caravan in Norfolk we would certainly book again for next year.

Room Tip: Number 43 we stopped at sleeps 5 very comfortable.

This is the second year running we have been to Corton. Stayed at different villas both times but couldn't fault either, lovely and clean, nicely furnished with room for our clothing! Really handy not having to pack bedding/towels etc and the hair dryer is also a useful extra...as are the iron, drying rack and hoover!!
The owners are charming, welcoming and have great tips on places to eat etc. and the welcome basket (with mini wine bottles!) is a lovely touch.
The swimming pool is now enclosed so can be used even if the weather is being a little 'British' (!) and the lifeguards are family/child friendly which in other places we've stayed hasn't always been the case.
Lots to do locally, Tesco, Asda etc within 5 minute drive. Thoroughly recommend Fritton Lakes which is just up the road and a really fun, active day out. And Pleasurewood Hills was a fun day out for the children....and very cheap if you exchange Tesco clubcard vouchers in advance!! Africa Alive was a lovely day out also which both my kids enjoyed (aged 9 & 13). Gorleston beach was beautiful and quiet and I think a bit of a secret...although we went just before the state schools broke up so everywhere was that much quieter ;-)
Fully intend to book again for next year as I know there are activities within 30 minute drive for the kids, the pool is warm enough to get into (!!) and I can rest assured that the villas will be of a high standard as ever.
Have honestly recommended this to friends!!!

Room Tip: All the villas are the same so whichever you get you will be happy with and the balconies on some ha...

I cant speak highly enough about our villa number 47. It was lovely and clean and well equipped.
The owners Liz and Richard were so friendly and accommodating and the wine and complimentary trays were a lovely surprise.
We have been to this park before 2 years ago with Hoseasons and our villa was dreadful but we liked the location and beaches and the site itself so swore we would come back but to a privately owned villa, and we were so glad we did.
Quality fixtures and fittings, comfy beds and everything we needed (except a pizza cutter!! ha)
The site was I think, undergoing a changeover in management and restaurant wasnt as good as 2 years ago but the 2 local pubs made up for it.
The pool was fantastic as it is now enclosed so on rainy days we could still enjoy a swim with kids.
All in all a lovely family holiday on a safe quiet park

Room Tip: private villas every time! Especially Corton Villas!

We stayed at the Corton Villas for 4 days and had a wondrrful break. The villa was perfect for 5 people....clean, well furnished and presented well too. Kitchen had all the mod cons needed and the added extras of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, mints and two bottles of wine as a welcome pack was an appreciated touch! Location is good for being able to access local points of interest. Covered swimming pool was lovely...kids enjoyed this whilst we had a few drinks in the bar. Meals and drinks at the club house was very reasonable although club house was very quiet in the eves...not much going on. good chinese opposite the site and a friendly pub too! Had a lovely meal just up the road at the Corton Inn...warm welcome and good food! Gorleston beach...just up the road is a lovely old fashioned traditional beachfront with a beautiful stretch of sand for the kids to enjoy and a few amusement arcades.
Would definately go back to stay at Corton villas again....thank you for allowing us to rent.

Second time of staying at the villa and again we where greated with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits which we needed on arrival, but to top it off 2 little bottles of wine were a lovely touch which we enjoyed with our meal. The villa was lovely, clean, comfortable, bright and warm. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and more. It was great to have wifi too which was a added bonus. The whole villa was just perfect and we will definitely be back again soon.
