All reviews excellent hosts period style wonderful dining room we loved our stay victorian guest house interesting things dedicated bathroom short walk into town the great central railway rooms are amazing wonderful building our room was spacious late arrival attend a family wedding one night no hesitation in recommending received a warm welcome

2 night stay

My husband and I have just stayed for 2 nights, and I must say we have had a great comfortable stay.
The room was just the right size for 2 and the bathroom was huge. Lovely and clean fresh towels and linen daily.
Breakfast was wonderful with a selection of cereals, toast, juice, yogurts and a menu of full English to Kippers. We would definitely return if and when in Loughborough.

5 days in loughborough for work

Great location. Wonderful furniture. This is no premier inn. Supreme breakfast, Weather was very warm (most unusual). This is not a building equipped for such unusually hot weather although a fan was provided. Wifi good and easy parking. The hosts are silver service. My private bathroom was physically separate from the bedroom. But all worked fine.

Exceptional value and hospitality

We spent six nights at Holywell Guest House to attend a family wedding. It was our first visit and we were astonished at the attention to detail and comfort provided. But the prevailing atmosphere was relaxing and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the owners could not have been more entertaining and charming. Will never stay anywhere else on our next trip to Leicestershire.

Great Visit

Stayed for a week in this clean, comfortable, warm and friendly B&B, which is five minutes from the centre of Loughborough. Breakfast is to a high standard and plentiful. Derek and Lez are excellent hosts and went out of their way to help make our stay really enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Overnight visit

Absolutely lovely stay fantastic host and the room was beautiful wish we had booked to stay longer. Derek was so welcoming even helped mum out with an inhaler as she forgot hers and was struggling with her breathing in the morning. Also served a delicious breakfast will definitely visit again xx
