Just returned from a 2 night stay. Can't fault it. Staff & Service very friendly yet professional. Room & bathroom spotlessly clean. Bed SO comfortable. Restaurant food & service was first class - had both breakfast & dinner there both days. No hesitation in recommending! First Class!

This is the first visit here and stayed with other members of my family for 2 nights. I cannot praise the hotel enough. The rooms were spotlessly clean, quiet, airy and very comfortable - everything you need. I particularly liked the fact that the volume on the TV was limited so that you couldn't disturb others and others couldn't disturb you, more to the point! The staff are really obliging and friendly. We ate in the restaurant both for breakfast and in the evening. The buffet breakfast is really good with something to appeal to everyone's taste and excellent value. The evening menu is also well cooked and appealing. All in all, a very comfortable experience - one which I would have no hesitation in recommending.

We stayed here as, like Martha Jane B we were only in Loughborough for the one night and did not want to spend too much money. The hotel staff were friendly, the food good and extremely well cooked (breakfast was fantastic) and the room was bright, clean and comfortable. The one thing that stood out for me was the fact that the room was bright. You could see to put on your makeup and do your hair. Most hotels these days don't look any different AFTER you put the all the lights in the room on. There was a lovely backlit mirror in the room, not in the bathroom where it would get steamed up after a bath or shower. Other hotels take note please.

Most pleasantly surprised by our first stay at a Premier Inn and would definitely use them again - especially at £29 for the room!!

As usual with a Premier Inn the room was clean tidy and the bed comfortable, we forgot to turn down the heating and woke up a couple of times - too warm, not a bad mistake to make.
We ate at the in-house restaurant - subject of a separate review, and will probably not eat there again. Left early but the reception staff were still cheerful.

Booked this hotel as we were staying in Loughborough for one night only and it wasn't too expensive or posh.
We had a very pleasant stay, the receptionist was cheerful and very helpful - she even booked a table for us when we said we wanted to eat there but didn't know if we should book or have the number. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful - the breakfast itself was very nice, toast croissants, cooked breakfast, the works. My significant other was delighted at having a costa coffee machine available for breakfast!
The room was big, the bed was comfortable so I have no complaints!
The location is great - not far from town (we walked in and out) but far enough away not to be woken up by people out for a night on the town!
Some said they were agreeved at having to park in the multi story across the road. We did flinch when this was first mentioned to us, but as we arrived at 4pm on a Saturday and left at 12pm on the Sunday, our grand total for parking was £2.80. Staying overnight costs 60p and its 60p all day on a Sunday so for us, we were absolutely fine!
