Been twice and had the chocolate cake. Yummy. Reasonably priced. Had homemade soup as a takeaway. Lovely

“Finally a good coffee!”
Reviewed 27 June 2013

Emma-Louise was pointed out to us by the lady who supplies the coffee, and her mum was raving about it also. Thank goodness they did as I had begun to think coffee in the UK - particularly england was just bad and 1/10 might be good. Coffee, Hot Chocolate and cupcakes were quickly consumed by us all. And thanks for the free wifi, makes life easier for travellers. And the shops is cute, which is appropriate for cupcakes.

“3.40£ for an expresso? you must be joking...”
Reviewed 28 May 2013

Interesting decoration inside. Coffee not better than an average and quite expensive, never paid 3.40£ for a double expresso before not even on an airport.
Short visit due the strong grease smell inside.

Thank you for your feedback. Our coffee prices are displayed on the menu boards and your correct and Espresso is £1.70 which is in line with other places. As for the smell you felt there was I can only apologise and the only cause may of been some oil spilt on the toastie grill or the hob?

“Lovely atmosphere”
Reviewed 22 May 2013

Great selection of cakes changed on a regular basis. Sandwiches tasty but could maybe have little more filling sometimes. Soups are delicious and great for takeaways. Staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would go back again.

“Nice wee coffee and cake shop”
Reviewed 21 May 2013

This is a nice wee coffee shop, although its more than a coffee shop as it serves sandwiches soups paninis cakes scones you name it. If its a high quality light snack you are looking for then go no further. The owner is a very pleasant young lady who thrives in providing great quality products and great quality customer service. She also makes thee most fabulous giant cupcakes to order for events.
