We're always happy to meet friends at these lovely rea rooms.

The coffee was excellent and though service was a bit slow because they were extremely busy, we enjoyed our lunch. The other three had the stilton and broccoli soup with ciabatta bread. I fancied the poached egg and spinach on toast and it did not disappoint. It's nice to think that the hen that laid the egg was running around the nearby farmyard. As well as the usual hens' eggs, there were duck and goose eggs on sale.

We've become regular visitors to this lovely farm-based family-run tea room set in refurbished barns. The young team serves tasty breakfasts and lunches (including Sunday roasts now) as well as standard tea and cakes and a lovely cream tea. Prices are reasonable and service is friendly.
In addition, you can buy your farm eggs and delicious Northney Farm ice cream to take away.

Food was good, as was value. Just a bit slow. Would still recommend it to others. Lovely part of Hayling with footpaths near by.

We visited Northney farm tea room today and have visited before. The tea rooms are next to the farm and you are greeted with cows, chickens and ducks all milling around. Very rural and tranquil.Outside there are tables when the weather is good. Inside is a smart designer tea room. The menu is excelllent for lunch or afternoon tea with sandwiches, paninis, soup, ploughmans lunches, cakes and scones. All fresh and tasty. Service excellent , friendly staff. Some farm produce for sale. Sunday roasts start 18th Nov. There is also a room for evening events with a licence. 2 sandwiches with salad and 1 toasted teacake with tea for 2 ,£12. Excellent value.
