We were there from 5th to 9th May14, the check in was very efficient ,the room was good and cleaned well by the staff, the food plentiful and of good standard, there were lots of things to do, the entertainment crew were excellent and put on very professional shows. overall we enjoyed the mid week break and would certainly go again. Well done everyone and thank you.

I booked a few nights away for my husband and I before I knew it was big band week. Not to worry onwards and upwards. From the minute we drove into the car park we were greeted with cheerful staff. Reception, bar staff and restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful. Yes we were by far the youngest guest there ( 45 & 48!) but how wonderful to sit and talk to the older generation. Food was good, my only complaint is the tables in the dining area were just a little to close together, but this only a small complaint. Looking at a music weekend away with friends...we will be back.

This is a typical mass market holiday for elderly guests. If you dont mind getting what you are given from a corporate package holiday then this is for you. Any service you may receive will be from very low paid low motivated workforce. The accommodation and catering is adequate but not outstanding. The facilities are probably not sufficient to satisfy the high number of guests but you are one of many. You can purchase a higher level of service, VIP etc but these are expensive and not performed well. Our perspective there are better holiday options.

This hotel offers the best in accommodation, food, recreation, amenities, grounds and courtesy by staff.
We spent 4 nights of absolute luxury in a most welcoming hotel right from the first second of check-in, We were treated as if we were really important and valued people. It made such a difference to have that personal touch by reception staff. The food was first class and the service excellent. The room was spacious, very clean and serviced by staff who had been so well trained and were courteous and helpful. The grounds were so well kept it was a pleasure to walk around with a feeling of security. The leisure club was well equipped and staff again acted as if they cared. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough because it was outstanding in every way.

Room Tip: anywhere they all looked good

The best 4 day break ever. Staff were so warm & friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Food & Caberets were exellent.
The hotel was so disabled friendly, I could use my walker everywhere I went, so thank you for that.
We would most definitely like to come again.

Room Tip: The signature room which we had was more than adequate. King size double bed & patio area, with sunny position.
