My husband & I enjoyed a two night stay in the balcony room, weather was good so we were able to sit outside several times & enjoy the view over the garden & field beyond. The room itself was comfortable & well equipped. The en suite shower room was very small but OK for a couple of nights. Breakfast was lovely, good choice, freshly cooked to order & we enjoyed a chat with our host & other guests. Nice relaxed atmosphere, felt easy about strolling in the garden & would have used the gazebo & lounge if we had not had the balcony.

Room Tip: Can recommend the balcony room.

Secreted merely a mile or two from a main road, this is one of Hayling Island's jewels in the crown. The hostess was as charming as ever and the food was great. i went for a walk down this country lane before dawn, passing thatched homes and stables, disturbing wildlife and met a local farmer herding about a 100 or so Ayeshire cattle across the road. The walk alone was worth the money alone.

Room Tip: Talk to the owner in advance about rooms such as the "Balcony" room, overlooking the lawn...

Stayed here following recommendations off Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. Having had a few bad experiences of B&B’s we tend to shy away from them but this place has totally changed our minds. Jill was delightful and very accommodating. We had the balcony room which was a nice size and had a lovely view. The room has everything you could need and more. Jill’s breakfast was fantastic with a really varied choice. I was a little worried about having breakfast at a communal table, it was lovely having a chat with other guests over breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: The Balcony room is lovely :)

A truly excellent B&B offering a warm welcome, homely feel, comfortable accommodation and a fantastic cooked breakfast. This B&B was easy to find, full of useful home comforts and welcomed us and our little dog warmly. The complimentary wine was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this B&B to you.
