Absolutely amazing stay, Jean couldn't do enough for us so welcoming definitely felt like a home from home and room was absolutely spotless, breakfasts were to die for! will definitely be returning for our stay in October! x

I was staying in Great Yarmouth for 5 days on business. I cannot commend the White Lodge enough. 'Jean' the owner, is an absolute delight and a great host. Furthermore the food is fantastic. I would recommend a stay here over any of the other B&B's and hotels in the surrounding area.
I was made to feel like part of the family rather than a guest and this is a godsend when you have a week away from your family.
Thanks you Jean for your hospitality. A five star rating throughly deserved!

You are amongst the finest gentlemen ever to have stayed with us. It was an absolute pleasure having you to stay and I'm really pleased you felt part of the family as indeed that's how it should be when you have to work away from home.
I know it was especially difficult for you to be away from home when you had a gorgeous 2 week old baby waiting for you there!! You will make the most fantastic Daddy and I wish you lots of happiness with that little girl and many more babies in the future!!! :-) :-)

Felt welcomed on arrival, everything shown to us and any questions answered. We enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us. Breakfasts were lovely and more then enough to get us through our day. the sea view room was spot on with plenty of space and a decent bed, tv etc. A kettle and tea, coffee and hot chocolates were also a nice touch. The only thing we noticed was the shower didnt have much pressure so was slightly difficult to have a decent shower, but in no way did the affect us at all and we still had a lovely time. Thanks for having us

Thoroughly enjoyed having you to stay for the weekend. You are such a lovely young couple and so tidy and quiet. I hardly knew you were even staying with us!! :-)
I'm pleased you liked your room and breakfasts. You should have told me you were struggling with the shower whilst you were here though and I would have come and looked at it for you. Our showers are powerful as they run off a mains system. I think maybe you hadn't quite turned it on enough as I have tested it after seeing your comments and found the pressure to be fine. You will just have to come and stay again so I can show you !!! :-0 :-)

Lovely room with en-suite.
Tea & Coffee facilities.
All rooms are individually decorated, and maintained to a high standard (yes, I have seen them all).
Quality and unique place to stay, with interesting design features.
Some rooms have sea views, others have unique features (balconies, etc).
I've stayed at several B&B's in the area, but this one is in a whole lot better.
Room tip: Sea views or balconies add to the unique experience

Well what can i add that i or others have said before except as per this place speaks for itself. We stayed for ten days over Christmas and new year and nothing is too much for our hosts to deliver. Jean( mine host) even did some washing for me as we had a slight accident with some coke thanks again Jean your a star.Our room which we always have if available is spotless and nothing is to much bother to them if you want more or a change. We spent Christmas with Jean and Hubby Eddie also Christmas day with one other guest(as she had had cancellations for different reasons which cannot be helped but who are returning next year) where they still pushed the boat out with gifts and all sorts of treats(thanks for sitting Santa next to me) lol. As always our stay was brilliant they even accommodated all our fishing stuff so it was safe. How many people would do that.!!!!! This place has loads of awards and sincerely deserves them all and more. So please give them a call and see for yourself we thoroughly recommend them.

Hello Madwoman!!
We thoroughly enjoyed Christmas with you both. What a treat for us to actually sit down with our Guests and eat a full dinner!!! Thought Santa was dominating the conversation a bit but that was probably due to all the sherry he drunk!!:-)
Never a problem to store things for our Guests, whether it be fishing gear, bikes, motor bikes, big suitcases, we can always accommodate things somewhere!
No problem doing a bit of washing either, accidents will happen and the washing machine is on almost constantly here anyway so popping a few extra bits in is easy!!
It's always lovely to see you both and hope to see you in the summer this year. Thank you for making my life so easy for the 10 days you stayed with us and also for taking the time to write us such a great review.
Thank you also for the lovely card and my plant, which is doing well!!
