Unfortunately we had to leave early because of a family problem Jean was very helpful, would return again when in the area . A very friendly welcoming B and B .room was very cosy and breakfast was excellent.

It's easy to see why this is Gt Yarmouth's Nr 1 B&B. Excellent, friendly welcome on arrival, you are then taken to a very clean well decorated room. Nice big lounge to relax in, great breakfast & all in a great location with plenty of free parking, no messing around with parking permits like most of the B&B's in town have to ! It's really quite simple, it you are going to Gt Yarmouth, stay at the White Lodge and you won't be disappointed.

Thank you so much for both returning to us and writing this brilliant review. I am pleased you mentioned car parking amongst all your other lovely comments as it is definitely much easier not to have to collect a permit and then go off and find a space somewhere. As you know the entire Crescent we are situated on is all free and unrestricted parking so makes Guests lives easier.
Wonderful to see you all again and please thank the skilled Danny for winning me a cuddly Meercat!

I stayed in Room 4 which was cosy, a good room temperature and a nice shower.
I'm Vegan and hadn't given prewarning yet Jean really went out of her way to provide me with a breakfast that I could eat. She did request that in future I warn her so she could make an even better one!
I'd have no hesitation in recommending this lovely B&B - and their dog George is worth the stay alone. He's adorable and gentle!

Thank you very much for remembering to write us a review. We are very grateful to you. We always try to fulfil all special dietary requirements but yes, a little bit of notice is sometimes very helpful so we can be absolutely sure we can feed you a good breakfast!!

Stayed one night in room 1 which is a lovely art deco style room , large with sea views.Slept very peacefully in the supersized king bed and in the morning went for a walk along the sea front before breakfast. We enjoyed meeting the elderly but friendly and gentle George the dog and found Jean the owner to be really hospitable and very welcoming. Cant believe how clean your bed and breakfast is and i would compare it to our favourite Brighten hotel The 21xx.
Room tip: sea view rooms must be the best

Back to The White Lodge for 3 nights and as ever could not fault the accommodation, the welcome and fabulous service. Great food and great hosts, even lovely George pleased to see us again. If you're looking for the best B & B in Grat Yarmouth, do not hesitate, you will be amazed at the standard of this place.
Room tip: We had a room with a sea view, can't beat that

We had an excellent 2 night stay. Lovley spacious room with sea view. Property is decorated and maintained to a high standard being very clean and welcoming throughout. Jean was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Free Wi-Fi which was a good speed. Would definitely recommend this B+B, we will stay again should we be in Great Yarmouth!
