Stayed here for an evening with my 2 children, the b and b is perfectly located near the beach. The owners are really friendly and will help where possible. The breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked and lovely. The family room also had ensuite, which was nice with a lovely shower. Would come back and use again during the summer. Thankyou for a lovely stay :)

We needed a room for one night at a reasonable price to attend a family function. The Seamore is in a perfect location - close to pier & shops & good value for money.
Room #4 had just been re-furbished & was comfortable.

Although I live in Great Yarmouth, due to work commitments my partner lives in another part of the country. When he visits, we book into an hotel or guest house. He initially came for a night on Saturday, but we came across a lovely local pub with a live band, and ended up staying out too late the next day. We hadn't booked anywhere for the Sunday, and were desperate. We came across the Seamore, and knocked on the off-chance. Kevin answered, and was immedfiately welcoming. We were shown into a recently refurbished family room which was huge. It was spotlessly clean, the rate (£50) was beyond reasonable. We both slept well, and had a lovely breakfast on Monday morning. Kevin certainly couldn't have been nicer, and the coffee there is 'to die for'. Thank You Kevin. David and Sandra.

Room Tip: Very child friendly, as they have youngsters of their own.

My self and my partner stayed here on the 9th of feb for the weekend. Kevin was very welcoming on arrival and sorted our parking permit straight away. Our room was upgraded to family room (for same price! ) shower room and bedroom was clean and cosy. Breakfast in the morning was perfect! Couldn't had done it any better. Very welcoming family easy to chat to. We enjoyed our stay here and will hopefully be booking for the summer! Chloe and steve

We had a bit of spare time and some spare cash just after Xmas 2010. My partner and I had both had nostalgic memories from Gt Yarmouth as kids. So we booked up on one of these cheap, late deal websites, I dont remember which.
A very nice little B&B Guesthouse ran by a friendly couple. The only thing wrong with this place is its location; Gt Yarmouth has suffered the toll of time. It was sad to see that a resort like this that thrived in the 70s and 80s, had so many places that were shut up. I dont mean for the season (it was winter) You could tell they were closed down for good.
Would we stay again - only if we were visiting the area and only because of the friendly nature of the place.
A nice clean hotel ran by a lovelly couple, at a reasonable cost.

Room Tip: The family room was ok - a bit crammed - but it does have its own private en-suite. If you're only after a base to stay at - go for it!!
