My husband and I enjoy coming up to Great Yarmouth this is the first time we have stayed at the Elmfield and we would recommend it to anyone the owners are really friendly and make you feel so welcome the breakfast is amazing we found the bed so comfy its also very clean. It's not to far to walk to the beach and town about five to ten mins if that. When we come to Yarmouth again we will stay here again as its good value and well worth every penny.

We stayed here for one night so we could spend a couple of days at Yarmouth. The owners were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. We arrived early and was allowed to park our car whilst we spent the day out and about. Would stay again. Good value.

Please note the current owners of this hotel have only been there since May 2013, so ignore previous comments prior to then....We stayed as a family (Nan) and grandchildren (3) We were met by Chris, who without hesitation insisted on taking our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Our room was immaculately clean, very spacious en-suite. The breakfast was your choice completely, along with cereals and juice of your choice, very well presented, and tasted exceedingly good, presented with a big smile and conversation every morning, nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed lined was changed after 3 days even though we were only staying one week. We would like to wish Chris and his wife Suwanne, all the very best for the future, we will be definitely returning many more times in the future, and we will also be recommending this lovely establishment to friends and associates, , Sue , Abbie, Josie and Tommy.

Room Tip: All rooms are good and furnished very well indeed.

I stayed at the Elmfield for 4 nights with friends. The owners were very kind and helpful and the rooms well equipped and cleaned daily. When I was booking I looked at several other B&Bs in the town. Compared to the others the price seemed too good to be true, but for once it was true! The location is good, just a few minutes walk from the sea front. The area seems safe and quiet at night. The rooms have a supply of complimentary hot drinks and biscuits which are refreshed daily. Free WIFI is a bonus and you get your own key so that you can come and go as you please. The breakfast is also very nice. I will definitely stay again if I am visiting the area.
