Nothing particularly amazing although well maintained and clean. £20 for a family of four seems a bit steep but it is 18 holes and if you enter into the spirit of it as a group then can work well. No dastardly tricky holes but enough interest to keep the teenagers involved. Several places to sit on way round is a plus when sunny, hot and waiting

Visited Pirates Cove last Sunday and had a great time! On arrival at Pirates Cove the six of us (4 adults, 2 children) were advised to split into two groups by two very friendly, smily staff on arrival as this would keep the course ticking over. We played our way round (boys vs. girls!) this beautifully planted, carefully thought out, really good fun adventure golf course, potting balls in holes and down pipes, along planks and trying to avoid the water, spotting pirates as we went, over 18 very differently laid out holes for the next hour and a half or so, keeping score on the cards provided as we went round.
The cost was £20 for a family ticket and £6 per adult, which we thought was pretty good value for the fun we had - the kids were really entertained by it and as one of our friends is a keen golfer, he was quite keen to see if he could beat the 'Par 3' or whatever signs each time, which made it really competitive and even more fun for us all.
