We were attracted to this restaurant by the cleanliness and decor, and the impression of quality transferred directly to the service and the food. Our order was taken swiftly by a smiley and obliging waitress, for whom nothing seemed too much trouble, including swapping a coupe of veg. choices for our children (aged 8 & 10) The fish and chips were piping hot (obviously freshly-cooked) with proper chippy-style chips and sublime 'mushy' peas. The meal was accompanied by two thick and appetising slices of bread and butter and a soft drink, for the bargain price of £6.95 each. The children were similarly well-catered to; crisp and juicy scampi and very home-made seeming chicken bites. We were well satisfied and would certainly return!
