The flat was clean and tidy and adequately equipped with all necessary equipment, cooking aids, crockery and cutlery. Bed linen excellent, bed and chairs comfy. An ideal spot for walking to the front at Great Yarmouth also the Regent Road shops and market. The use of a car is not really necessary as we used ours very rarely over the three weeks. The permit parking we found very good and always managed a near-by spot. The walk through the Waterways is a delight, very picturesque and interesting and the coffee at Waterways Café, Coffee Snack and Munchies excellent all with good views and helpful service. My husband uses a wheelchair but we NEVER had any problems at all. A revisit is a definite for us and the same Flat at Glen Villa too (thank you Tracy) - no steps as at Apsley House.
