We have just spent five days at this hotel. We travelled with Hemmings coaches of Holsworthy. The hotel is fabulous. Everything was perfect. We had a lovely room with a sea view, the staff were perfect, and the food was delicious. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable.

The room was clean and re furnished .The shower was weak and took ages .We had a lovely sea view .Food was good with variety and a really marvellous lady waitress who dashed around the dining hall at a rapid pace serving everyone in quick time. She deserves a medal ! The trips out were good but the driver was boring and never communicated to passengers. We stopped at strange service stations that were grubby and we were never told where we were.Hope we don't see him again.Overall good value hotel.

Room Tip: Second floor sea view

Arrived and was welcomed on the coach personally by manager. Out of 35 passengers very single one was commentary regarding all aspects of the hotel.
Staff, food, rooms, reception were all exceptional.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Upon departure all staff assisted with luggage and manager boarded to wish everybody a sage journey and thanked them for their patronage.
Well located on the sea front opposite Britannia pier.
Impressed.

My partner and i had an absolutely superb stay at the New Beach Hotel. We had never been on an Alfa Coach trip before and wow.....what a fantastic time we had. We were with an absolutely lovely group of people at the Hotel...mainly pensioners and lots of fun...everyone was very cheerful and having a great time. Super room and food was fantastic. Entertainment each night and the Singers on each of the nights were of an extremely high quality,,,,we enjoyed singing along... Lovely chaps on the bar and excellent service from them. Thank you to everyone at the Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. Look forward to seeing you again next year.

My wife and I, have just returned from the New Beach Hotel in Great Yarmouth.
We stayed for 4 nights, the hotel is very clean, the room we were in was of good size, good sized shower.
We went with Alfa coach company, breakfast was 8.40, which was well cooked, the young lady that served us was very friendly and helpful.
Dinner was always at 7.10, which for me was not good, by the time we’d finished our dinner it was 8.00, which means we missed things like the fireworks display, which started at 7.30.
We found the tables, too small to seat four people, with all the cutlery, plates etc.
All meals are served, to you by a member of staff, all the staff are really helpful, and friendly.
At 8.30, there is entertainment on the 4 nights, we stayed, at 9.30 they play two games of bingo, then the entertainment resumes.
There are two lifts, to all floor’s but there is NO ramps for people with wheelchairs.
So I wouldn’t recommend the hotel, for people with a disability.
We have stayed in many hotels, this is the only hotel, that did not have WiFi in the room, it is only available in the lounge, big mistake in this day and age.
The hotel is right on the front of the seafront, very close to the cinema, pier, shops and bars.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars, is the lack of ramps, and WiFi in the room.
Many thanks to the staff, at New Beach Hotel.
