Last minute booking on a Saturday evening. Although full were able to fit in our group of four.

Had heard locally that the Arms was worth a visit and so right. Excellent and welcoming atmosphere was augmented by excellent starters of sharing platters followed by mains which were tasty and plentiful. So much so we decided to forgo a dessert. This was a good value meal and a cut above the normal pub fare.

The newly refurbished Arms is a welcoming addition to the local area and certainly one other establishment not too far away could learn a thing or two about speedy service in a full restaurant on a Saturday night as well as good old fashioned courtesy. Firstly this Inn is some 10miles S.E of Grantham on the Colsterworth to Bourne road at Corby Glen.Lincolnshire.
The new owners have transformed this Inn into a modern eatery, but retaining stone walls and floors.
Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and the chef knows how to provide an interesting and varied menu, with all food cooked fresh to order and well presented.
We all found the food most enjoyable and reasonably priced, even a good Chilean Merlo was priced at £13.95.
We will of course be going back and taking other friends to help spread the good tidings .

The first time we went after the reopening last year we were disappointed with the limited menu, however since then it has grown to incorporate some delicious meals. The Tart tatin is amazing, the pizzas inventive and the burger is lovely. Good job!

4 of us had a meal here last week, all was very nice-the food, service and drinks! the only thing i did not enjoy was the starter of fishcake. It was large and a bit bland with very little mayo, the rest of the meal was very nice. Worth a visit.

We had a lovely meal we were out with old friends we hadn't seen for a long time. We had fish and chips which were very good, we decided we just about had room for a pudding. I had the passion fruit cheesecake with mango sorbet it was out of this world one of the best puddings I have had anywhere I loved all the elements very refreshing.
