“Good Little Find”

Stayed here for one night as was visiting the city. Very good price. Walking distance from metro centre. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly as we needed a bit of advice as first time to Newcastle. Didn't visit the attatched bar as TGI Fridays across the road. Good find.

Cold hotel poor shower. Pub next door poor. Only bothered about serving food . If you just want a pint then you are segregated from everyone else. And put in a corner . With four tables while everyone else can sit on nice comfy seating.

Just as I have said the room was comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.
The 3rd (child) bed in the family room is quite hard but overall very good.
When we couldn't find the hotel we got precise and easy to find directions from the receptionist on the phone.

This place is a gem, I can't believe the value for money. Rooms are absolutely immaculate and are wonderfully presented, looks like what you'd get in a luxury hotel. Bathroom and bedroom are both comfortable and a pleasure to be in- the bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Any minor problems that we have had such as the room being slightly hot during the heatwave last summer were dealt with straight away and effectively by a friendly reception team, and the sleep quality is brilliant. Can't even hear the motorway though it is right outside. Little bit out the way but only 3 mins or so in a taxi and about £2.

Couldn't fault . Very helpful, efficient, pleasant premier inn management and taybarns staff, and breakfast is great. Thanks Norrie and Chris for enabling such a pleasant stay. Will be 1st place we look at when we. 2 adults, 2 children are in the area. Ask for Norrie and Chris for pure satisfaction.

We stayed for 2 nights the 7th and 8th of this month, we found the staff on reception welcoming, the rooms were clean spacious and comfortable, during our stay it was quiet and fairly peaceful the overall hotel experience was very good, and we would happily return.
The restaurant next door "Tayburns" was quite full, the food is basic, and run of the mill, on a buffet style service with various dishes.
There is nowhere to sit and relax,as there is in effect no bar, apart from a few stalls.

I must say that Premier Inn are my favourite budget hotel chain, and this stay did nothing to change that.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, the room was fine (although it did look like the bathroom door had been kicked in at some point in the recent past)

No problems at all, was a bit reluctant to eat at the adjoining pub (Taybarns) as places that try to be all things to all people are usually dreadful, but we found that so long as you picked wisely, the food was ok.

It was a really cheap rate, so I was more than happy with what we got for the money.
