My husband and I were planning this stay on our own but in the end we had to take are three year old son last minute, reception were very welcoming and welcomed my son who they stated was complementary any way, we had a meal in the resturant that evening and it was suberb and so was breakfast each morning, all staff were very friendly and helpful.as one nite at 12am a loud humming noise started in our room so I went to reception and the guy was very helpful and sorted the problem which was the radiator. I would defenitly stay here again as every thing was reasonable priced through out the hotel :)

We booked a Double Room at this Hotel 6 months in advance as part of a months holiday in Ireland, and the room rate was 105 pounds for B&B, so I was a bit miffed that other TA reviewers have paid much less for a room. Pleasingly we were upgraded to a bigger room (205), which looked identical to the photos on TA, except that it had a small entrance area perfect for storing the suitcases, then up a couple of stairs to the room itself. Our room was spotlessly clean, the WIFI reception was excellent but we would have liked a bar fridge in the room. As the Hotel is only 3 years old, it is very modern, comfortable and nicely decorated through-out.
Staff on reception were very good, and the atmosphere in the large well decorated bar was great. We had dinner in the bar - my husbands Fish and Chips were excellent but my Mushroom Risotto was just glug and tasteless. Bar staff were very good, getting a bottle of wine from the main restaurant for us, as the bar wine list is very limited.
On arrival there is no parking area at the front of the hotel, so drive directly into the carpark at the back of the Hotel. Unfortunately there is no direct access into Reception from the carpark - you can access via the bar, or else walk up the driveway, and across the front of the hotel to the entrance.
There was a lot of Tourist information in the room which we found very useful. We only stayed the night, but we could have definitely spent longer in Enniskillen, with its beautiful lake, cruises to the islands on the lake and National Trust Houses.

My friends and i went to stay as a friends birthday treat. We were not disappointed. The rooms were EXCELLANT you could not fault them in any way, spacious, clean and the beds were really comfortable.the staff were friendlly and very helpful.BUT the meal we had was second to none and fantastic value for money. We would make the trip again solely for to stay and have another meal in this lavish hotel.

Room Tip: book executive its worth it

Great deal on the room, 60 quid including internet, breakfast, parking, etc. Comfy bed, nice stay overall, very convenient to the town centre. No pool or gym, which would have been great to have. Note that the hotel is just slightly off of Tempo Road, your Sat/Nav will likely take you way past the hotel if you are not careful!

We stayed here for 1 night as part of a short "introductory" holiday tour of Northern Ireland. We (pre)paid £60 for a single room and £75 for a double room, with breakfast. The hotel is modern and stylish. The rooms are clean, modern, and have huge beds and nice bathrooms. Both rooms were roughly the same size but the bathroom in the "single" room was much larger than in the "double" room and had a bath and a separate shower (perhaps the hotel made a mistake with the key allocation?). There is Wifi in the reception and bar but I found it too slow/intermittent to be useful (the signal appeared to be very weak). Overall, however, we were delighted with the hotel. We ate in the bar and had a pleasant dinner. I would give this meal 4 out of 5 (i.e., not quite as good as the rest of the hotel). Enniskillen is a very nice town and I would recommend it as a base for touring the area.

This was a last minute choice and are we glad we chose it! All the staff were extremely friendly and as this was our first visit to Ireland what a great impression we got of the people. Hotel is very modern, beautiful reception area and the room was spacious and clean, all you require. Nice bar with fantastic, reasonably priced food. Hotel is a short walk to Town centre.
Only negatives, rooms to the front of the Hotel can be noisy, a slip road off the main A4 runs past the main entrance and is well used. Only other minor irritant was the electric box in the room which turns on with your room card. Emits an annoying buzzing noise which you only notice when trying to get to sleep, had to remove card at night to stop it, then you've no power!
Overall, a fantastic hotel which we would recommend highly, and we'll be back.

Room Tip: Avoid front facing rooms may be noisy at times.
