The Westville was actually my choice for a business training session spread over two weeks. I had lovely rooms over the time spent there, spotlessly clean and everything I needed was there. Sure it's on a road, however, there were quiet rooms at the back, the beds so comfy I had no trouble sleeping, and the double glazing cut out most of the noise. We quickly got to know all the team at the Westville, who were all very friendly indeed and nothing was too much trouble. The food... mmmmm.... even if not staying overnight, it's worth a visit for the food alone. I am returning shortly on business, and I can't wait to get back. Don't listen to the negatives, as always try yourself, and I for one am happy to recommend.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the rear - not a pretty view, but quieter perhaps.

Bad location on main road side very poor parking facilities but inside lovely modern and clean. Staff are friendly helpful and accomodating for our kids heating bottles ect, really think its over priced i know its in town but iv stayed in many a place grander and providing more facilities 2customers for a good bit less. People go away 2relax not share outside seating with car fumes and public footpath an the views are looking over hardware yard, car garages, school or motel across the road, the food was Ok lovely soup, bread very doughy and meat dry but veg and mash nice never recieved my dessert so cant comment there. I would discribe this place to anyone as grand, nice but not lovely or fantastic! they cant change the location but can try find better parking near by and improve on the food its very sunday carvey lunch style lying under heat lamps. Didnt try bar food but herd it was lovely!

Was booked here as a surprise birthday present and didn't know what to expect. The interior decor was gorgeous and so were the rooms, comfy bed and nice shower. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend requested flowers and chocolates for me which the staff picked and were beautiful There was a wedding on during the night of our stay but we did not hear any noise from the function room. Got food in the bar which was gorgeous with generous portions (caesar salad and the burger and chips) and also enjoyed the live music. Missed having a 'welcome book' on arrival in the room with details of breakfast times etc (but this was all explained to us when checking in). Breakfast was good, continental or cooked, I went for the large fry however i felt it was a 'normal' size fry only it had 2 sausages but was very nice. There was a slight mishap during the night (when one wedding guest was sure her room was our room), and because of this, the general manager gave us a voucher for a free nights stay which was very courteous. We would definitely return.

My husband and i stayed at this hotel at the weekend, terrible.. parking is a disgrace!!! we went to the shop in the evening, came back nowhere to park, my husband went to reception only to be told, sorry wedding party in, you could park in an alley way next to us.. We had no other option. Their carpark can only hold about 35 cars plus we didnt see any disabled parking.. Its also next to a very busy road. Paying £109.00 per night and you cant get parking!!!! Room extreamley warm, we asked for a fan but was told.. sorry we used to have fans but not anymore.. The area outside the hotel has tables but you cant sit and enjoy this area as you are sharing it with the public. They use this area as a public footpath, only inches between them and the tables... All i can say is pay a little bit extra and stay in the Killyhevlin.. Its only a couple of minutes up the road, you pass it to get to the westville hotel.. This hotel is definately not worth the money.. would never stay again!

From the outset I should say that if you are looking for a scenic view then this may not be the hotel for you, however if you are looking for a central hotel within a five minute walk from the shops or the lakeside walks then this is the hotel for you. The main reason I made a booking at the Westville was the food, quality and variety from past visits for meals. We knew from the outset that we wanted to visit the many attractions around Fermanagh and again the hotel ticks this box with free parking and located near the main routes in out of town. We checked into the hotel trouble free and had also arranged to eat in the hotel. My room was near the rear and was large, modern and met my requirements. We eat in the hotel restaurant with a lot of local produce which is always nice to see. The 2nd plus point that I want to make reference to was the friendliness of the staff and the lengths they went to to accommodate our party.

Room Tip: check that your room is not near the external air conditioning units when booking.

booked this hotel as a friday night 31st august end of summer holidays special. i went with 3 girls for a shopping trip..good shopping town and hotel is close by. we got complimentary wine on arrival which was nice and ordered a nice meal in the evening which was very good. staff were very attentive and breakfast was well organised the staff come to your table and take your order and bring you a lovely cooked breakfast which was nice. would recommend this hotel as it is right in the centre of enniskillen withing walking distance of everything.

Room Tip: there is only 2 floors in this hotel so rooms are all adequate, get a room at the front of the hotel...
