This hotel is quite small-about 26 rooms. It is open for just over oneyear. The rooms are lovely and the reception was excellent. Breakfast was very good but the few staff appeared over worked. the view from the hotel is of Tesco!

This was a great hotel stayed here as a family group including my mother who is an elderly lady . The facilities were excellent , rooms were tastefully decorated and modern. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Food was a wonderful experience in the resturant of very high quality. Location good and car park well located.

This is a lovely small boutique hotel. The decor is excellent throughout and much thought and planning has gone into making the bedrooms practical and very comfortable. The bed was of excellent standard; the best hotel bed I have ever slept in! We were welcomed with a bowl of lovely fruit bottled water and a tray of delicious chocolate truffles. The breakfast was cooked to order (which I much prefer) and of a very high standard. The welcome at reception and the service of all staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Congratulations to the team that has put together such a fine tourist resource.

Just spent a few days for our wedding anniversary at the Westville Hotel I have to say the customer service was just great !!!!! from the booking with Emma the couresty call the day before our trip and throughout the time spent in the hotel. The room was lovely and spotless clean. The food both from the bar and the resturant was of a very good standard. The only downside was I am a light sleeper and the room we had at the front of the hotel was very noisy from the traffic with it being the main road to Belfast . We asked to be moved and with no problems at all. We were moved to the side side of the hotel. Once again another nice room but this time with no walk in shower. If we return we would be sure to ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

We were heading to the North on a shopping spree and I booked the accommodation over the telephone and "Mary" was more than helpful in assisting me.

The location of the hotel was superb, literally only a walk back into the main town of Enniskillen. We were advised later in the day that they provided a complimentary car pick up service if we rang and advised our location in town.

When we arrived it was raining, the car park was very full and there was no back entrance into the hotel, so both ourselves and our luggage got wet.

We checked in and went to our room. A very spacious twin room with iron, ironing board, tea/coffee facilities, flat screen tv, lovely large bath/shower ensuite.

There were two issues encountered with our room - firstly the back of the chair at the desk kept coming away when we tried to move the chair. Secondly, the instructions for using the shower/bath were not very clear and it seemed to be hot or roasting water only, so a hot bath was settled for.

In the morning when we went for breakfast, the inital buffet was a good range of cereals, juices, fresh fruit and pastries. We were the only people in the restaurant in the morning and I requested a full breakfast without an egg or sausages... but I received a more or less vegetarian breakfast instead. I mentioned this to the waitress who advised the chef. He did want to bring me the extra items that were missing, but I felt at that stage it was too late as the rest would be cold.

All in all a lovely hotel with nice friendly staff and I would definately stay there again for the location... but will probably have breakfast at Asda instead !

My wife and I recently stayed on a 2 night & 1evening meal package. We found the hotel to very well kept clean which is a must for us. The food in the lounge was quite good; however the chips are not the best but the drinks are reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel.
The main restaurant is beautifully presented and the food excellent, one criticism is that we were on a package deal with the menu selection reflecting this, with other guests receiving a complementary appetiser whilst we did not, a small thing, but as it was supposed to be complementary why differentiate.
The only comment I could make regarding the staff is that if every hotel had staff as friendly, helpful and diligent in their duties, who could decide which one to choose from. Foreign hotels and complexes could do worse than take on board some of the practices we observed.
To sum up a very good all round hotel. Lets hope they keep up the standards and also that the guests look after the hotel as we all have a part to play.
