This site is in a great location, on the edge of the forst but the facilities leave a lot to be desired and do let the site down. On several occasions the toilets were blocked and on one occasion there was sick all over the floor! The showers (in the block we used) didn't have anywhere to put anything apart from some coat hooks so you had to hang your clean clothes over the top of the dusty door and put your toiletries on the floor while showering. The shop is ok but overpriced and had run out of milk by 9am so we had to drive to one of the local shops, which aren't far away and are much cheaper (and still had milk left!). All in all, a good site for walking etc. and in a lovely location but they facilities could be VASTLY improved.
