A warm welcoming by lovely lady very talkative and friendly. Love the cosy bedroom especially at this time of the year would recommend as a romantic weekend for 2 (fruit basket and chocolates!). Big Breakfast! We asked for our toast after our breakfast so it was still hot which was assured was no hassle which was lovely. Old fashioned Which reminds me of my grandparents home warm and welcoming. Loved the tea pots!! and quite a big selection of cereal, yogurt and fruit which keept my partner happy. Sat on a nice table just for the two of us and out the window was the most beautiful view. Good price for everything all together. Lastly the location is just perfect by the beach, towns and pubs :)

We had a lovely short break. The accomodation was clean and spotless. The food was good and accomodated different tastes. Offered advice on weather and places to visit. Perfect location. Would be more than pleased to find this kind of accomodation in other resorts we visit.

we were quoted one price then another on arrival, mouldy curtains ,smelly towels no water in the rooms, no tissues , no way of filling the kettle, long life milk out of date, small table to perch on at breakfast, no lounge as advertised , very nasty smells from owners cooking ,kitchen looked very out of date, friends had to walk from house next door for breakfast, noisy road,
plus side, bed comfortable ,breakfast was adequate but owners continous self praise was tedious, needs to go back to school to learn how to handle customers

Strange welcome!!! Unfortunately read trip advisor reviews after booking! Unsure who we were when we arrived, and how much we had agreed to pay,. Lots of notes in bedroom telling you what not to do felt like being back to school and not relaxing. Ensuite was shared by others not very satisfactory as had to wait to use toilet!!!
Bedlinen old and creased and curtains faded.
Breakfast poor /stale muesli and toast cold. Weren/t told when booking that the cost for a full english would be more.
However on a positive note shower superb and fresh flowers in room and great location.

My husband and I have just returned from a short stay at Seapoint Bed and Breakfast where we had booked a couple of nights in the four poster room with a full English Breakfast. We were delighted with our experience

This is a lovely bed and breakfast with a homely feeling. Very clean throughout, spotless. Great location, with a few mins walk to the beach and local pub. Down to earth owners who take pride in making their guests feel welcome, making sure they enjoy their stay. Parking was great and always available. The delicious full breakfasts kept us going for the day - and will be missed....!!!

Went here for valentines day. The welcome we received was strange and became more annoying throughout the stay. There was a long term resident in our part of the b &b which wasn't great. The location of this b & b is the only reason you'd stay here. right near the water. We caught the ferry over to Hengtisbury Head and walked around to Christchurch. We had a nice meal at the local pub which was cosy and 2 mins walk away. The B & B was overpriced and the brekkie wasn't anything special. The parking here is very limited too and a bit of a pain. Wouldn't stay here again.
