The Premier Inn, Christchurch East, provided us with a comfortable and convenient nights sleep whilst visiting Bournemouth for an Exhibition and a family visit. The promise of a good nights sleep was kept and much appreciated. I am a person who doesn't like being out of my comfort zone but it was more than adequate for a very enjoyable weekend. The restaurant is not gourmet but more than adequate for 'something to eat' although my husband assures me that the 'full english breakfast' was very well presented and delicious. I had the lighter option. All round good value.

Room Tip: Room 79 seemed very quiet.

Premier Inns are all much the same - cost effective especially if you book in advance, comfortable beds, clean, and with the usual facilities, good breakfast (free for young children) and safe car parking. Much better value than many more expensive hotels and in many cases cheaper than a B & B.

This hotel as every other premier inn is clean and well equipped. this one is within walking distance of a great fish and chip shop called Browns open until 8pm and is well worth a visit fish cooked fresh whilst you wait. There is also a sainsburys and a kfc also 2 mins away. It is in christchurh which is lovely and a couple of miles from bournemouth. there is a beefeater adjoined to the hotel. Well worth a visit for a few days.

Chosen as a budget stay while in the area for a wedding.

Check in staff seemed stressed and were unable to accommodate us with an early check in. They did however helpfully store our bags for us.

Attached restaurant was fine for a quick lunch.

On return at midnight, staff seemed equally stressed checking wedding guests in.

A good location and fine for a rest at the end of a long day.

I am a fan of Premier Inns because of the cleanliness and comfort they give you for a cheap price. There are no frills but you don't them all of the time.
This Premier Inn was not quite as good as the others I've seen.
The room was clean but was a little tired looking.
Usually with Premier Inns there is a smart modern restaurant area and breakfast area. This one has a Beefeater pub which again is a bit tatty round the edges. This is where you have breakfast.
Breakfast itself was good though.
Overall it is ok.

We have stayed here a few times as family to visit relatives. We have 2 sons - 6 and 8 months.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable as you would now expect from Premier Inn. The bathroom has a good powerful shower. However, The bath is a bit on the deep side for bathing a baby.

Noise wise - it is near a bypass but with the windows closed you won't hear a thing. In summer request a room away from the road - again you will not hear a thing.

The breakfasts are good and good value. A great way to start the day. We have also ate in the restraunt in the evening and again the food is good and is reasonable value.

On the down side the pub / beefeater does not have sky sports! So if there is a sporting event on that you want to watch you will have to go elsewhere to watch it.

The not so good - the shower fan. The minute you turn on the light in the bathroom the fan makes a horrible noise. Premier Inn need to do something about this especially in a shared occupancy room. The fan in our room also appeared to run albeit on a low setting for hours. It appears to be set to run longer to get the wetness out post showers. Great for a lack of black mold not so great if you are light sleeper!

That aside we will stay again as it is tremendous value.

Room Tip: Away from the bypass is best at the back of the hotel.

There was plenty of parking and the site was very quiet. Local amenities within walking distance, such as supermarket and fast food outlets. The staff were very helpful, and the room was as expected from a premier Inn very clean and spacious. Good location for visiting the new forest and close to the larger towns such as southampton, which was approx 40 mins away. Beaches, although cold in February very spacious and definately worth a warmer vist!
